What he can't deal with is his own body betraying him, slowing him down, throwing him off. Making him feel like something inside him isn't his to control anymore, and like the clock is already running out.
So Dick is left with a choice: tell them what's wrong, or keep pushing until he can figure it out himself.

He draws even more after that.
He draws what he’d want his hero costume to look like.
He draws himself leaping from rooftop to rooftop, now. Maybe it’s narcissistic, just a little, but he doesn’t care.
(What he can’t achieve in real life, he can bring to reality on the pages of the sketchpad.)
Soon, the shelf in his room that he keeps all his full pads in becomes stuffed to bursting. He can’t bear to throw any of his art away; it marks his progress, his steps, his journey, in a way, since he first put pencil to paper and did a little doodle.
Or: Shinsou Hitoshi has been sketching in his little pads since he was young. And, when he goes to UA, he gets — for the first time — appreciation.

Peter squirms underneath her. All half open eyes and flushing to the tips of his ears. Noises fall from his lips in gasps and moans and it takes all her willpower to keep her pace from going too fast. She doesn’t want to overwhelm him more than he already is. With his senses dialed up to eleven she can only imagine what her touch does to him.
Lesser men wouldn’t be willing to submit to her, to let her be on top without question, because most men are stereotypical pieces of shit. But Peter hasn’t done more than offer her a shy smile, stammering in his dorky way while expressing concern over her own pleasure in the act of her asking for permission to please him.
So, MJ doesn’t want to fuck this up.

Toge nods again.
Yuuta pulls back from the hug, giving him a kiss that makes him curl his toes, cheeks flushing.
"And," Yuuta continues, "if for some reason we can't be together…" the boy trails off, gaze darkening with something foreboding. He traces his fingers underneath Toge's jaw, raising his chin.
"...Then we'll die together."
