Tommy was and had been free from that lab for a long time now since this day for a few years. And it was his birthday today as well!
So two things to celebrate, with Purpled.
Purpled, his best friend, was a complete utter idiot sometimes.
They had met when Tommy decided that as the biggest man ever, he was outta there(the lab) so he escaped like the big man that he was!
He had been….12? Yeah, he had just turned 12 and purpled was 12 with a few months.
He didn’t remember if he had a family or caregivers before his time at the lab.
He sometimes had dreams of a blonde man, a brunette woman, and two brown-haired boys. They seemed familiar… but Tommy couldn’t remember so it didn’t matter.
Purpled had been in there for two years at that point and losing hope when Tommy ran up to his cage and opened it and then dragged him out, so needless to say purpled had been very confused.
Then Tommy told him what he was doing, and he asked if he wanted to escape too, which Purpled agreed to.
So then fast forward, they escaped. They got jobs, got an apartment, and after some time Purpled proposed with a ring he found, in a restaurant, for free food.
It worked. The food was very good, especially with it being free. They scammed people by doing that occasionally, though never in the same spot.
While being a mercenary, Purpled reunited with his brother Punz due to them both being mercenaries and then got purpled a job for being a mercenary for the Dream Team (practically gods for the underworld).
Purpled told Tommy and he was overjoyed for Purpled and they both agreed for Purpled not to mention anything about Tommy.
Now you might wonder why Tommy called his best friend an idiot.
First off, because he was.
Number two is because apparently the Dream Team teamed up with the heroes because they became friends in some weird frenemies situation which by itself was just very confusing. But that wasn't the issue.
They got targeted by jealous smaller villain groups which got taken care of but still caused injuries. Some of which were pretty bad.
The heroes nor Dream Team were badly injured as their suited armor managed to help them but those were damaged and they needed to get repaired.
The mercenaries on the other hand were badly injured, and while Punz could get fixed up by Badhoyhalo (DT’s healer), Purpled didn’t want it. That was Tommy's issue.
So it was where Tommy got involved.
Purpled’s quirk was that he was an alien hybrid. So he got alien perks such as his skin managed to heal itself a little bit by it making weird purple scales to protect the area as it healed the little bit it could.
And he had purple eyes- 4 of them to be exact. But he could add more or just have two. And he had two purple antennas ontop of his head.
Tommy’s on the other hand well…. There was a reason the lab only needed him for so long until they got purpled as a companion mainly for him (though he was experimented on as well but not nearly as much as Tommy did compare in a month)
Tommy as the biggest man ever had not 1, not 2 but 3 quirks!
And you might be wondering how!? Well by experimentation or failed experimentation to be exact.
Tommy was kidnapped at 5 so he already had gotten a quirk though it wasn’t visible.
He was born with a strong enhancement quirk which was as it reads- a quirk that overall just boosted Tommy’s abilities in everything.
Then he was injected with a copying quirk- a strong one as well.
His body enhanced it and changed the copying quirk into a new one. One he had decided to call imagination.
Imagination- A quirk that allows the user to create any quirk they could ever think of or well imagine , and use it. [pretty overpowered]
Though overusing it too much gave him pain and made him pass out for some time depending on how much he overused it.
It also came with something that called itself chat.
Tommy couldn't remember his family. If he did, he would have realized that his brothers and dad had a chat as well. But He didn't remember, so he could only assume.
A box appeared on his arm that let him quickly switch between quirks he liked and saved in the boxes. An image appeared in the box depicting the quirk he made.
He had figured this out and had masked imagination’s look to look like the copying quirk with the boxes looking like quirks he had copied and not like the actual quirk since he worried what they would make him do. (Comments can ask about the quirk and I will answer to the best of my ability)
And his last quirk was also injected, what was originally a blocking quirk that well blocked mental quirks changed due to his enhancement into what Tommy called a block Quirk, he wasn’t feeling too creative the day he named it.
Block- A quirk that allows the user to block any quirk being used on them. Such as a vocal or mental quirk, though it also helps a little with a physical one, it helps the user create a small shield around them to minimize the damage though as it isn’t made for physical quirks, it doesn’t help too much and the shield isn’t very strong so quirk is used mainly for the other reason above.
The quirk can be turned on and off though is mostly kept on since it doesn’t take much energy at all, but having to block many quirks attacking him does so overusing it could make him get a migraine or headache which doesn’t sound bad but it can get really bad
Many would be excited to have these, and Tommy is too but he’s smart to know that someone would use him.
He knows many would laugh or make a joke at that but he was, he wasn’t someone who was easily trusting, time at the lab taught him that and many other things.
Anyways he often used Imagination to use three quirks he had to use the most in his daily day to day though sometimes he used it to make other ones.
The first one is healing, which could heal physical wounds. Since it used his energy, when he needed to replenish the quirk, he needed snacks or food.
The second one is one he named anagence, which was a quirk where he combined the quirk analysis he could like the name suggests, analyze anything and put it to good use. And intelligence which helped him understand better and put the things he analyzed into things. So ana -lyze and Intelli- gence.
He used it on tools he made for himself and ones he had started to make for Purpled after he saw what Purpled used.
And finally, JOAT which he had also named as it was technically an acronym for Jack-of-all-Trades. He used it for his civilian job and other things too.
He used it in his job in which he was a designer and tailor. A very sought-after one he might add, he was very popular though he used his acronym of TD.
The acronym was well, kinda based on his vigilante name…?
In his defense, Tommy never said he was good at naming things.
But if asked, he would say he was.
When he had started as a vigilante, it was difficult to continue at some times but he is nothing if not determination itself and he continued. And after a while, it got easier, so much so that if anyone from the districts he patrolled saw him, they would thank him or help him with a snack or water or thing they thought he could use.
And if some stuck-up heroes looked for him, civilians would protect him like that one time he had helped capture villains in a robbery attempt, and a hero tried to grab him and a granny smacked the hero with her purse.
It still made him laugh whenever he thought of it.
His name was Red Dahlia or as it was more often shortened to Dahlia. A flower that was red and had somewhat pointed petals, and represented both power and strength.
Purpled was aware of his abilities but never used him, he had actually been against Tommy healing him for that reason but was eventually convinced as Tommy didn’t want him to die.
And they had two pets, an alien dog that Purpled managed to spawn and make immortal, and Clementine which was uh, well Tommy didn’t know. She typically was a Pheonix or an eagle that for some reason came to him and didn't want to leave. But she could shift into many things.
In other words, clementine was a quirked animal.
And chat was starting to get loud so he was gonna take a nap before Purpled was due to return and Tommy would have to play nurse again.
He was almost done with Purpled’s equipment. And then he would give Purpled the things he needed to make sure he didn’t keep coming home very injured.
So needless to say Tommy was pretty pog.
Somewhere else there is a family together.
But not at the same time.
For they’re missing their precious son, their youngest son.
A blonde man, the father, has tears slipping his eyes.
A brunette woman, the mother, whose tears are hidden under the shadow of her hat though you can see them roll down her chin.
A mainly pink-haired young man, the eldest twin, who isn’t visibly crying with the mask he has on but it is obvious that he too is mourning.
A mainly brunet young man, the younger twin, is clutching onto his sibling while tears stream down his eyes.
Or otherwise known as...
Philza, a father and hero who misses his youngest son dearly.
Kristen, a mother, and hero who sent out an animal for her son's 16th birthday, (hasn’t returned for some reason).
Technoblade and Wilbur, twins who miss their baby brother, and are still searching for him.
Together mourning on this day, for this was the 9th anniversary of the day he went missing.
Life isn’t kind to heroes, but they are kind to those pure of heart.

Or otherwise known as Tommy.
Fate has always helped Tommy, so he decided to tell Purpled that if anybody asked about him, he could respond.
That is also why he asked Fate to reunite him with his family.
And Fate always does what they promise.
