Sue Sylvester was not a happy woman. She has been in a foul mood ever since one Kurt Hummel had transferred to a different school. She took it upon herself to make sure that he will be happy. And the thing that he was missing, was a boy.
Sue had seen Kurt Hummel's best friend Blaine Anderson and from the moment she saw the two of them together for the first time, she felt that it was her responsibility to make Klaine happen.
That however proved to be very difficult. She had been sure that the only thing they would need would be singing an annoying love song together. And so she infiltrated the Warbler council and made sure that Blaine got a duet and that there would be no one to practice the song with, except Kurt. She survived watching the whole terrible number and was sure that the next day they'd be together. However the idiot gays just couldn't simply make out and be boyfriends, that would be too easy! She needed a new plan.
And so she had a talk with Blaine about how on Valentine he shouldn't be alone and that the best partners could be just a coffee away. And then that idiot went and serenaded some other random guy. She was going to demand the money for all the destroyed furniture in her office later.
Her next plan involved a lot of alcohol. This could also help her with destroying the glee club with made it even better. Everything was going wonderfully. Rachel held a party and Kurt arrived with Blaine. And then that happened. She had needed a few moments to calm herself when she watched the footage for the first time. Whenever she thought about Blaine ruining her plans, her blood always started boiling so quickly. What always helped was yelling at Rachel and giving her detention.
Desperate times called for desperate measures. She decided that Blaine needed to see Kurt in the state that he was in when he and Schuester's club sang that very inappropriate song. Planting that thought in the Warbler's minds was really easy. It was the rest of the plan that didn't quite play out like she wanted to and instead, operation Klaine was almost certainly ruined. Blaine decided that Kurt didn't look sexy which in turn hurt Kurt and he also had to suffer through a sex talk with his dad. Sue was sure that after this she will take a long break from spying on her students.
And so here she was. Trying for the very last time. She had interviewed all of the members of the stupid Glee club. Mercedes Jones was the one who finally gave her some useful information. Apparently she once liked Kurt, because he was very caring. That meant that Blaine needed to see Kurt caring for someone. However Blaine already saw Kurt caring for him regularly, which meant that it needed to be something more, something more serious, more heartbreaking.
What she had in mind was perfect.
Sue Sylvester took out the vial containing poison out of her pocket, emptied its' contents into the water bowl of one canary and then left the school, satisfied. This had to work.
