Hogwarts Ledger

Summary:

Harry Potter finds the Hogwarts Book of Accounts! With it, he can change rules, events, and even COMMON SENSE within the castle. All accounts within Hogwarts!

Chapter Text

It wasn’t often Harry Potter was found in the library alone, but it just happened to be one of those days.

The first few months of Hogwarts really wasn't what he'd expected. When he'd first been forced into this wonderous, magical world, it was all so mystifying and spectacular... Just entering his own adulthood, Harry was ready to wrench himself free of the Dursleys, and strike off on his own... Then the Hogwarts letter came, and his eyes were opened to a strange, yet wonderful world.

That fantastical feeling quickly wore thin. He realised he'd traded a life of loneliness as a social outcast for a life of loneliness as an object to be worshipped.

He felt as if every step he took was measured by onlookers, to see if he really held up to the image of the 'boy who lived'. Harry had wanted his whole life to be special... now he realised that was utter crap. He just wanted to be normal. Neither a hero, nor an outcast. Just another face in the crowd. That was Harry's desire.

The one thing that made it all worth it, the magic, was hard to appreciate when he woke up everyday dreading the upcoming potions lesson, or fearing to bump into Severus Snape whilst rounding every corner. It was terrible that one man could single-handedly ruin all the wonder and intrigue out of magic!

That was why Harry was hiding in the library... trying to learn more about this marvelous gift, away from those that would sneer or belittle him. Away from the crowd of onlooking students, who were ever-presently disappointed when he failed to present the magic of Merlin with his every move...

Away from it all... alone in the library, where he was just Harry.

He was enjoying his moment of peace when he found a thick leather-bound book sticking out obviously from one of the shelves. Something about it felt strange, like he was gently tugged forward, drawn to it. The name was stranger still.

‘Hogwarts Ledger’

If it truly was, then it had no business here in the library, he should think. He opened the book, and was suddenly confused.

…Penelope Clearwater walks down the seventh floor corridor…

…Cedric Diggory opens the passageway to Hufflepuff dormitory…

…Oliver Wood cleans the Gryffindor Quidditch locker room…

And so on. It was listing familiar names and places all about the castle grounds, like it was cataloging the comings and goings of the castle. Then he raised his eyebrows.

…Hermione Granger studies alone in Gryffindor Girls dormitory…

And

…Ronald Weasley wanders toward the Hogwarts Grand Hall…

And finally…

…Harry Potter… Sits alone in the Library, reading from the Hogwarts Ledger...

As he turned the page he saw many new names, and some listed previously. This time repeated names were listed slightly different as they turned corners, or finished their business to move on to their next task. No matter how many times he turned the page, he never found a blank or empty page. And when he flipped back… the contents of the page would change.

…Hermione Granger leaves Gryffindor Girls Dormitory…

…Hermione Granger walks toward the Hogwarts Grand Hall…

As he was watching these words shift and change, seemingly updating with Hermione’s current status… He flipped back to a blank page. Confused.

…Hello Harry…

Blank lines of ink scrawled themselves before his eyes. He stared at them for a few moments, glancing up to look around the room in confusion. No one was there. No one was looking at him.

He looked back down.

…It’s been a while since someone found my book…

He stared again for a few moments of silence, wondering just what kind of secrets this book held. Then, a response.

…You must have questions… Write back to me…

He dipped his quill in ink.

Who are you?

…Hogwarts of course… You’ve found the book of accounts… where all the business in the castle is written and accounted for…

He thought about that for a moment, and scratched his next question.

Why did I find you?

…Because you are special... Hogwarts can tell... you're destined to protect her...

Harry quietly felt a sense of astonishment. He didn't feel very special. He was just Harry. Even in a world of wonder and magic, he felt a bit lacking. This world hailed him as a hero for something he was too young to control... and since coming to this school he'd been overwhelmed by it all. He was average in classes at best. He couldn't be special.

Protect the school? How could I? I know nothing about magic.

...You already have... you saved Hermione Granger against the a troll...

'What?' Harry's eyes widened.

How do you know that?

...This is the book of all accounts... Everything within these walls is written within these pages...

...You saved a scared student from a dangerous monster... So you found this book… and with it you have control of all accounts within the castle…

What do you mean?

…Whatever you write on this page will be accounted… so long as it's within the castle grounds… The castle's magic shall make it so...

Anything he wrote? That was hard to believe. And the book seemed to know of his doubts.

…try it… I will guide you…

He thought for a moment about all the things that he had read on the pages of the book. Then, he wrote.

Hermione Granger enters the Hogwarts Library.

She was in the Great Hall now, there was no real reason for her to suddenly leave just as she arrived and come running to the library…

… not very creative… but it’s a start… you’ve written it, so it shall be…

“There you are!”

Harry nearly jumped out of his seat as Hermione's voice came hissing in a loud whisper. He jerked his eyes up as the bushy haired girl slid into the seat opposite him.

“I’ve been looking all over for you! You’re going to miss lunch you know! Have you been studying?” She said, sounding so very surprised.

Harry’s mouth fell open senselessly, “Weren’t you in the Great Hall?”

She blinked at him, “Yes… Just before I came here.” Her eyes were wondering how he knew that, when suddenly she looked down, “I’ve never seen a book that big in this library… what are you studying?” She leaned in with interest.

A sudden sense of panic jumped in his heart, and before he realized what he was doing, he was scribbling in the book.

Only I can see the Hogwarts Ledger.

Suddenly Hermione blinked in confusion, her hand, extended for the book, slowly retracted.

“What book?” Harry quickly asked.

“Book?” She turned her head and looked around, “We can worry about that after lunch… will you come with me Harry?”

He swallowed the nervous spit in his mouth and pulled the book into his arms, “Yeah. Let’s go.” Looking down one final time he noticed something. The ‘I’ was stricken out, and replaced by “Harry Potter”

Only Harry Potter can see the Hogwarts Ledger.

…Much better… These pages are best written with only one quill…

Harry Potter was laying in bed the same night. The rest of his day was spent mystified by the book, holding it close so no one could take it from him (though no one could see it). He occasionally opened in during class, passing the time by watching the “accounts” of the castle.

It wasn’t very exciting.

It’s not as if the book was going to be filled with hundreds of couples doing anything and everything in broom cupboards. After all, it was only one day he’d glanced at it. Witches and wizards were a bit more prudish than that.

He was writing again, but not accounts.

…you’re hesitating Harry… there’s no need to think hard about it… let’s start with this… what do you want most of all right now..?

Harry sighed as Ron’s loud snoring seemed to shake the rafters. Finnigan came in covering the floor in soot, and Dean’s trunk had spilled open all over the floor, right beside Harry’s bunk. Every night he had to ignore the popping of exploding snap and immature boys.

I want better roommates.

Harry blinked once. Then twice, very slowly. His eyelids suddenly felt very heavy, but for a second he thought he saw his handwriting change.

I want better roommates.

…Harry Potter has better roommates…

Harry felt himself relaxing into a deep, soft mattress. His eyes slowly opened up and he blinked himself awake. He woke naturally, fully rested from a wonderful, full-nights sleep. He quietly yawned and started to rise.

“Oh..!” There was a soft, very quiet voice. And a rather small hand placed softly on his chest.

A figure blurred beside him. His vision wasn’t THAT bad, but combined with the drowsiness that clung to him after such a deep sleep, for a second he was confused. Ron? No, it was slender, and the hair wasn’t right. It was a fluffy, bushy mane.

Very gently the weight shifted on his bed as someone sat sideways. Their hand was still gently touching him, “...You’re already awake.” She whispered.

Harry quietly blinked, realizing he was staring at the softly smiling face of Hermione Granger. He was confused. She was already dressed in full skirt and blouse, sitting on the side of his bed while speaking quietly.

“Hermione?” He questioned, what in the world was she doing in the boys dorm? How did she even get in.

“Morning sleepyhead.” She smiled gently, “I’m sorry. Did we wake you? I wanted to let you sleep, seeing how tired you looked but… You’ll miss breakfast if you don’t get dressed soon.”

Harry opened his mouth…. But there was a soft giggle behind Hermione. He looked over. Parvati Patil was straightening her hair with her fingers, looking herself over in the mirror, “He did look rather cute, didn’t he? I would’ve felt so guilty waking him up.”

“Parvati!” Even now, Hermione's voice was whispering, “You shouldn’t say that in front of him..!”

“What’s it matter?” She shrugged, smiling at them through the mirror, “We’re roomies aren’t we? No point in being shy now.”

“She’s right!” Another voice spoke up louder than the other two. He turned his head to see Lavender Brown. Or rather, her slender, womanly back and the light blue clasp of her bra just as she pulled her Hogwarts blouse down over her head.

“Lavender!” Hermione hissed, scandalized as the girl turned around, giving Harry a glimpse of her cleavage while she tugged the shirt down over her bra “At least be conscious of him! You can dress yourself in the bathroom.”

She just rolled her eyes and shrugged, “Yeah? Then where’s Harry going to change?”

“Well, he will use the bathroom after you.”

“Having to wait on three girls? Hardly fair.” Lavender continued as she began to brush her hair, “You’re thinking about this too much. It’s not that complicated.”

“Excuse me…” Harry suddenly butted in, and all three girls turned to look at him. He couldn’t help but realize something. Looking at the clean, well kept rooms. The tidy, perfectly made beds. The trunks carefully closed and pushed out of the way.

This… was not the boy’s dorm.

“Why am I here?” He asked carefully. When mysteriously waking up in the girl’s dorm, he would usually expect shock and outrage. Maybe getting slapped and kicked out. He expected this to be some crazy prank from the boys, though he had no idea how they got passed the charmed staircase… or if they knew how to bypass the staircase, why they would waste that opportunity to prank him.

“What do you mean Harry?” Hermione blinked at him confused, “This is your bunk right? The one McGonagall assigned to you?”

“Huh?”

Hermione's brows slightly furrowed in worry, “You must’ve been exhausted last night. Professor McGonagall came and assigned you a bunk in here… because the boys dorm was causing too much of a ruckus at night.”

What? Harry couldn’t imagine the strict professor allowing such a thing. A boy in the girls' dorm? Ridiculous.

His mind could only form one conclusion… Thought it took a while for his drowsy mind to get there.

“I know it’ll be a little weird…” Hermione looked at him with a cute smile, “but we’ll figure all this stuff out. You won’t feel uncomfortable here, okay Harry?”

“Heh.” Hermione gave him a little grin, “at the very least… I think you’ll like it a lot better than the boy’s dorm!”

Harry’s eyes grew wide. Hermione's words hung on him heavily. The book! It was just now that he realised he was holding it clutched against his chest.

He opened it and it automatically flipped right to the page he’d edited. There it was.

…Harry Potter has better roommates…

And under that.

…Harry Potter lies in his bed, Hogwarts Girl’s Dormitory…

His bed. His dorm. Now, it just happened to be the Girl’s dorm. He stared at the page blankly, as if waiting for the mysterious writing to explain all of this to him. Nothing.

He sighed, “I need a quill…”

“Here.” Before he could even throw the covers off his legs, Hermione had hopped off his bed, bent over, and grabbed a quill from her school bag, offering it to him. Even as he took it, she didn’t question him, nor the book that she could supposedly not see.

He wrote quickly.

Is this how you understood ‘better roommates? Me, living in the girl’s dorm?

He’d hardly lifted his quill from the page before a response came scrawling itself onto the page.

…most boys in Hogwarts have a desire to sleep in the girl’s dorm…. it is the truest improvement Hogwarts could provide…

A technical explanation, followed immediately by a personal-sounding message

…does it not please you? Perhaps you would prefer a room alone? Hogwarts can accommodate your every desire… You need to be specific, Harry…

He dipped his quill in ink. Then raised it to the page.

He paused. Then, he wrote down his response.

This is fine.

No. I don’t need any changes right now. This is fine.

His hands were shaky as he jotted down that sentence. He felt like he was doing something very wrong.

Inwardly, he justified it as ‘testing’ whether or not he could really be comfortable here. After all, he’d only just woken up with them. He didn’t know if living with these girls would be better or worse than Ron and the boys.

Of course, he could easily get a room to himself and avoid the conflict all together. But there was a little part of him that quietly enjoyed this development. What young man wouldn’t enjoy sharing a room with cute young women. (At least, girls THIS accommodating to him)

He was still anxious. After all, he'd never had good interactions with women in the past... but girls scared him a lot less than boys... so he was somewhat glad at this new circumstance... and REALLY didn't want to go back to what he had before.

He snapped the book closed.

“Breakfast then?” Hermione asked.

“Sure.”

“I’ll come with!” Lavender said with a grin.

Harry spent a rather interesting breakfast sandwiched between Lavender and Parvati, while Hermione sat across from him. Somehow, he became the center of conversation and he had to try his best to keep it flowing without seeming awkward or lame. He likes to think he passed. At the very least, he left the breakfast feeling good as he accompanied the girls to their first lesson of the day.

If felt a little weird and slightly scary, being the sudden center of attention for these three ladies... but Harry was enjoying it quite a bit.

“Mr. Potter.” He was caught by Professor McGonagall as they headed back to the dorm for a break hour.

She stood right in front of him, sternly looking with her half moon spectacles, “I trust the rest of your night was restful?”

“Yes, Professor.” Suddenly Harry’s mouth felt dry, like he ought to be in trouble for all of this. He still held the book tightly to his side, not letting it out of his sight, “Best sleep I’ve had all year, honest.”

“Good.” She nodded once, “Now understand that your new living arrangements are a special situation. Ordinarily, Hogwarts would never allow a boy in the girl’s dorm, but this time circumstances were unavoidable.”

Harry felt strange. ‘Never allow’ she said. And yet, “And what circumstances were those, Professor?”

“I’d think you’d know best.” McGonagall seemed to huff, “Rowdy boys that trash their rooms with misused and immature spells. Living with noisy and obstructive roommates that prevent you from focusing on studying or getting a good night’s sleep.”

Those reasons all sounded so superficial to him.

“Now as I said you have been given special permission in this case. I do not want to hear about anything… untoward happening in the girl’s dormitory, understand?” She said sternly, peering through her spectacles.

“Yes, Professor.”

“And that goes for the girls too.” McGonagall eyed them each, “You’ll be sharing a room with a boy from now on. I’m trusting you to be respectful and considerate. I don’t want to find you girls have been tempting or initiating any irresponsible activities in the dorm.”

“Yes, Professor.” Hermione and Parvati said immediately, like good girls.

“No promises~” Lavender was confident enough to say that to McGonagall’s face. Harry was impressed.

Even more so by the way McGonagall let it go with a sigh, “I’m trusting you two.” She looked pointedly at the other girls, “Carry on then…” She let them into the dorm and went on her way.

Harry spent the rest of the morning sitting cross legged on his bed with Hermione. She sat in front of him, but sideways with her legs tucked in so he wouldn’t be flashed with a look up her skirt.

They were studying… but it was remarkably easy. For some reason, Hermione really seemed calm today. She explained everything calmly and succinctly, and Harry was having a really easy time remembering it all. Normally, he’d be distracted by Ron, miss something she said, and they’d all get frustrated. None of that today.

Harry really enjoyed himself. Hermione was sweeter than ever, with a genuine smile on her face as she taught him patiently. She was comfortably close, sitting right beside him like a life-long friend. She smelled nice. It was the closest he’d ever felt to a woman before.

The other girls, even Lavender, worked on their own homework quietly on their beds.

It was strange. He wondered if this was also part of the “better roommates” effect.

He liked it.

Slowly in his mind, Harry dismissed the idea of using the Ledger to give himself a private room.

It was in Potions class that a thought occurred to him.

Half an hour precariously hovering over a dangerously boiling cauldron, delicately cutting his ingredients into fine, perfectly even sections, before CAREFULLY adding them one by one, exactly spaced six and a half seconds apart…

Only for the greasy bat to come looming over his shoulder, making him sweat as he stirred the cauldron precisely six times clockwise and two and a half counterclockwise.

It was understandable that he gave into pressure, and made a stupid mistake.

The cauldron shifted color, and his face went pale.

“Potter..!” A sharp voice barked in his ear.

He didn’t even know what possibly went wrong. Moments later he was staring at the bottom of an empty cauldron as Snape vanished his toil of the last half hour, and sneered down from his crooked nose.

“A foolish mistake. Begin again from the beginning, if you’re not finished by the end of class, then it’s a failing grade and ten more points from Gryffindor.”

He bit his lip with frustration trying to bite back his ‘cheek’ lest he lose even more for Gryffindor. Inside, he was burning with bitterness. The potion took a full hour and a half to brew. They had only an hour left in class. It was pointless. Still, he immediately got to work, feeling looks of pity from his fellow lions thrown his way.

Malfoy’s smirk made his ears burn.

Then… a thought occurred to him. Did he really have to suffer this?

As Harry gathered his fresh set of ingredients from his bag and laid them out on the table… he flipped open the Hogwarts Ledger.

As he dipped his quill in ink, he caught Snape's dark cloak whipping around in the corner of his eye. The man stalked over to Seamus and Finnigan.

Harry's hands wrote the first spiteful thing that popped into his mind.

Severus Snape trips in Potions Class...

“Argh..!” With a surprising exclamation, Snape toppled over rather ungracefully, failing to catch himself on Finnigan's desk as he fell face-first onto the cold stone floor.

...

Utter silence took the class. Harry was struck by utter shock that rapidly turned into near hysterical laugher, desperately covered by his hand.

Luckily, Snape's ire was brought to the poor sap in front of him, who'd let slip a small chuckle.

The dark, broody man rose from the floor with a mask of cold indifference, smoothing out his robes as if nothing were amiss. He looked down his crooked nose at Finnigan, “Something amusing, Finnigan?”

Harry felt for the paling Gryffindor, so he quickly looked around. Then something clicked in his mind. With a cheerful smile, he brought his quill back to page.

Draco Malfoy's Cauldron boils over...

“H-huh?” The ferret squeaked with surprise as the classroom filled with dangerous popping of bubbles and the fizzle of foam that overflowed the brim of Malfoy's Cauldron.

“Malfoy!” Snape barked, for once turning his ire directly onto Draco. He cursed something under his breath and marched over, vanishing Malfoy's mess with a wave of his wand.

The vile man sneered down at Malfoy's pale face, but didn't breathe a further word. Instead, his cold eyes slowly traced across the room, scowling terribly as if looking for someone to fit the blame.

'What an awful man...' Harry thought bitterly. He couldn't believe such blatant favoritism was allowed by a teacher. Snape was honestly worse than even the most vile of his old 'muggle' teachers.

As he thought about everything wrong with the man, and his thoughts focused on Snape, the subject of his ire… words began to scrawl on the page below him. His eyes slowly read them as the page filled up with text... and he gasped with shock.

It was Hogwarts' official account of Severus Snape... and all of his doings within the castle.

Severus Snape

Hogwarts Potions Master - Head of Slytherin

Age: 31

Sex: Male

House Bias: Slytherin

Grading Fairness: T

Criminal Record: Marked Death Eater. Follower of the Dark Lord. Conspiracy against Wizarding Britain...

The first line was enough to make Harry's blood freeze in his veins... but just below was a shockingly stomach-churning list of terrible crimes made him feel sick. A list of things that the man had done to earn favor with Voldemort, the Dark Lord, and Britain's number one enemy.

His skin was pale as a ghost as he realised with horror the man the stood in their classroom. He was a psychopath! A Death Eater! A loyal follower of the monster that murdered his parents!

Then at the bottom of Snape’s list of crimes… was something that made his eyes go red.

Betrayed Lord and Lady Potter to Lord Voldemort. Accomplice to wrongful murder.

He put pen to paper, his shaky hands overwhelmed by emotion.

He felt sick, and nearly dropped his quill.

He… he was not safe in this room.

His eyes were wet as he somehow scratched out in sloppy writing…

Severus Snape is not allowed inside Hogwarts.

It was the first thing that popped into his head… right after a few darker thoughts he didn’t want to let linger in his mind… He just wanted this monster away. He didn’t think about anything else.

There was a soft gust of wind, and Harry gasped. Severus Snape vanished before his very eyes.

The students gasped all around him, and the quiet chatter of the classroom went silent quickly. Then it sparked up in almost panicked whispers.

Harry felt a great weight lift off his shoulders and he let out a haggard breath. The monster was gone. He was safe…

But… that didn’t make it right. That monster was still out there, and now he was probably hurting people. Harry had to do something. But what? The power of this book was restricted to things within the castle grounds... By sending Snape away, perhaps he'd made a grave mistake in letting the bastard out of his grasp.

But perhaps there were still ways Harry could get to him, even from Hogwarts.

He had one idea.

Hogwarts will send any and all proof of Severus Snape’s criminal records and activities to…

Harry suddenly realised he didn’t know who. His knowledge of the wizarding world was still so shoddy. The Aurors? He’d heard of them. Did they enforce law?

He sloppy scratched out the rest.

…to whoever can see him put to justice permanently.

He silently prayed that would be good enough.

He had a strong feeling that things would work out… because Hogwarts was on HIS side this time.

… very good, Harry… finally a proper use of the Book of Accounts… the castle thanks you for banishing Severus Snape… Nearly all students would prefer him gone… So it shall be…

Harry softly smiled, but it was quite bitter. After all, he’d just learned that his Potions Professor had damned his parents to death.

Hermione was giving him worried glances from across the room. While students rushed out of the classroom, concerned(relieved) of their missing professor, Hermione, joined by Lavender and Parvati, escorted him back to the dorm to rest.

He felt sick the rest of the day, missing his classes... but strangely, he'd not been in trouble for it.

_________________________________

A few days had passed. The best days since he'd arrived here at Hogwarts, truthfully. They were spent in quiet, enjoyable schoolwork. Without Snape's presence ruining his every day, Harry was able to fully enjoy the wonders of magic, focusing in class and studying with the girls in his dorm.

His dorm.

He'd adjusted to life living with girls shockingly easy. He honestly never knew he had it in himself. He was shy and quiet from his life with the Dursley's and never had a girlfriend or any close female friend. So it was strange to him how comfortable he was with it all.

It was easy to blame magic as the cause. He reasoned that the 'Ledger' made him get along well with his 'better roommates' or at the very least, made them quite accommodating to him. Since he'd moved in, they'd had no issues at all, and Harry had no complaints. He was very much enjoying growing closer to each of the girls.

Hermione was shockingly sweet behind closed doors and brought it upon herself to look after him. Lavender was charming and surprisingly funny when he'd stayed up late talking with her in comfy pajamas. Parvati was nice and cute, and while she interacted with him less than the others, he thought that she was fond of him as well. Her smile was quite pretty.

He'd used the Ledger a few times since. Part of it was just testing its limits... but really, he was using it for fun. After all, who wouldn't play with their all-powerful notebook to see what they could do with it?

After 'poofing' away his own Professor, Harry was curious about just what this book could do. It didn't take him long to start taking the book at its word. When it said 'anything written will happen' it truly meant it. He could move people around the castle at a whim, including himself. And, somewhat frighteningly, he could even control other's actions.

He'd made Malfoy fall on his face a few times when the blonde tosser started his nonsense again. Once, he'd made the snob go the whole day without talking. It was blissful.

Today he was sitting in the Great Hall for breakfast, with Hermione and Lavender beside him. He'd helped himself to eggs and bacon while his beautiful snowy owl delivered news that made his morning.

Madam Bones, Head of DMLE arrests Severus Snape

Former Hogwarts Teacher banished from grounds due to criminal activity!

“No way..!” The girls gasped around him.

Harry read the article with delight. He saw a beautiful woman wearing a monocle speaking at a podium. Madam Bones seemed to be the one to receive the 'evidence' that he sent. She stuck him with charges of conspiracy, accomplice to murder, supporting the Dark Lord, and a laundry list of 'Abuse of authority' and 'Endangering Students' type charges that had an entire page in the back of the paper dedicated to listing them out.

It seemed set in stone. Severus Snape would be in Azkaban forever. And that put a smile on his face. Across the hall, he saw Malfoy pale as a sheet reading the paper. Perhaps it was wrong, but that put a smile on his face too.

“Thank god.” Harry said genuinely, “Now we don't have to suffer in Potions anymore.”

Silently, Harry carved the name 'Amelia Bones' into his heart. He silently swore, that if he ever met her, he'd kiss her in thanks!

All the Gryffindor around him happily agreed. The news broke across the hall as Gryffindor and Hufflepuff began to cheer. Dumbledore tried to shut them down from celebrating the arrest of a Professor, but it was helpless. Soon the great hall was a mess of celebration, as wizards threw their caps into the air, while older students conjured fireworks and confetti.

Beside him, Hermione pouted her lips, “But who will teach us potions..?”

He nearly rolled his eyes, a warm smile on his face, “Of course that would be your concern, Hermione... Don't tell me you want Snape back?”

“No!” She said sternly, “B-but we can't just miss class..!”

A thought occurred.

He grinned, “Don't worry, Hermione. I'm sure Hogwarts will find a suitable replacement... in fact... I'd count on it.” He grinned to himself, rubbing his thumb on the leather cover of 'Hogwarts' Ledger'. He always had it at his side.

_________________________________

Harry was amazed at just how dramatically his life had changed. His days in Hogwarts just kept getting better. The book lets him get away with anything.

And that's exactly what began to tempt him.

Harry Potter was a rather shy young lad. As someone who grew up in his circumstances, he'd had no luck with the ladies. In fact, he'd never even tried. Perhaps it was a lack of self-esteem, or maybe just to stop himself from getting burned, but Harry had never even flirted with girls before.

Most hot-blooded young males in his position would immediately realise the prospects of this book the moment they woke up in the girl's dorm. Harry was no exception... but he wasn't really the kind of person to actually abuse it.

But now, as a few weeks passed and he settled remarkably comfortably into his new study/friend group comprised only of girls... he was quickly becoming tempted.

Tonight was worst of all.

Harry lay alone on his bed, his back propped up on pillows as he held the Ledger up on his knees. He watched the words as they changed, trying to ignore the sound of water spraying just one door over.

Two of the girls were taking their showers just a few dozen feet away, and Harry had to resist the urge to write something.

It was made so much worse as he flipped the page... and there were their names.

...Parvati Patil enjoys a shower, Gryffindor Girl's Dorm...

...Lavender Brown washes her body, Gryffindor Girl's Dorm...

He wasn't trying to creep on them like this! He really wasn't! But the Ledger was controlled by his own traitorous mind. Any specific 'Account' ongoing in the castle that popped into his head was what he'd see when he turned the page... with the sound of the girl's shower filling his head, no matter how much he turned the page it kept focusing Lavender and Parvati.

Those two were the current objects of his fantasies. He couldn't help it. Someone who'd been so starved for affection, all of a sudden getting flashed with charming smiles and silly giggles by a pair of beautiful young ladies. He couldn't help but desire them.

Hermione was on that list as well... but not quite the same. She was cute and sweet, and he liked her a lot... But she was more of a friend while the other two... they were sex fantasies. Lavender with her large, blouse-stretching bust... and Parvati with that enchanting tanned skin, her long, slender legs drawing his eye beneath her swishing skirt.

He imagined them just meters away, running soap and water across their soft, supple breasts, and down the womanly curves of their bodies. He imagined their round, full bottoms beneath their skirts, and what they would look like glistening wet.

His curiosity got the better of him. He swallowed nervously, flicking his eyes over to the door as if they'd burst out at any second, and catch him and his lewd thoughts in the act.

His hand was shaky as he raised his quill, and scribbled out a line.

Describe in better detail.

His face burned hot, utterly embarrassed by his own decision, but the Hogwarts Ledger responded to his desire. Once again, his words were corrected.

...Hogwarts Ledger describes accounts in better detail...

The book had explained to him that it used the 'collective thought' of the school to interpret his writing... And one should wonder... How would the majority of students define 'better' when referring to the description of women washing themselves? Perhaps the women in question would define it by more clinical terminology, but the men? It was obvious.

...Lavender Brown spreads soap over her large breasts...

...Parvati Patil slides her hands across the shape of her round bottom...

...Lavender Brown grabs her boobs in the shower, weighing their impressive size in her hands...

...Parvati Patil dips her hand between her thighs, carefully washing the tender folds of her vulva...

Harry let out a hot breath, feeling his stiffness strain against his pants. He swallowed thickly. Should he..? Could he..?

It would be so easy.

He couldn't resist.

Harry Potter...

He thought for a second.

...Is welcome inside the Gryffindor Girl's shower room at any time.

He slowly rose from the bed and started walking toward the showers. He paused in his step and looked to the side.

Hermione wasn't paying him any mind, laying flat on her stomach with her feet up in the air behind her. She was enthralled in a book.

“Hey, I think I'm going to take my shower now...” Harry said carefully.

Hermione looked up. Her eyes flickered to the door, where the sound of water spraying clearly told her that the other two girls were not finished.

Harry's heart thumped in his chest.

She smiled at him, “Okay.” Then she turned back to her book without another moment's care.

Harry couldn't keep the excited grin off his face. She didn't care at all! He turned away and left Hermione alone, a bit of nervous excitement in his step as he walked into the girl's shower.

“Oh! Hey Harry!” Lavender smiled at him, waving with one hand as she washed her hair.

Parvati turned to look over her shoulder, “Joining us, Harry?”

He froze on the spot.

The shower had four open stalls, one for each person assigned to their dorm room.

Lavender's full front was bared before his eyes. Her creamy white skin was glistening wet. Her round, tear-drop breasts were even more impressive than his wildest imagination, full and shapely, looking utterly divine covered in little soap bubbles. Water slid down her shapely hourglass figure, and Harry was breathless watching it flow. Down her slender waist to her wide, curvaceous hips, her luscious thick thighs and the little slit buried between them.

He caught himself staring and quickly flicked his eyes back up to hers. She was smiling at him, but it seemed like she was shyly blushing, despite not moving to cover herself.

Parvati was a bit more like he'd expected. Her tan, round bottom was facing his eyes, and as he flicked his gaze over to those delicious-looking thick cheeks, the girl squeaked under his gaze. She turned toward him, one arm covering her naked breasts, a few cups smaller than Lavender, while her hand cupped her naked quim, protecting her modesty.

Lavender rolled her eyes, “Don't be so dramatic Parvati... We'll have to get used to him barging in at any time. The Professor explicitly said not to bar him out of the bathroom, even if we were using the showers, remember?”

“Y-yes... but...” The girl's cheeks softly dusted pink, and she made no move to uncover herself.

Harry didn't mind. The shy look she gave him, with the dark tresses of her hair wet and sticking to her face, was just as erotic as Lavender, who boldly showed off her nudity to him.

He swallowed the spit in his mouth. That's how they interpreted it? That Professor McGonagall, the most strict, no-nonsense Professor at Hogwarts... had for some reason ordered them to let Harry barge into their bath? And the girls went along with it.

His eyes couldn't decide what to focus on, the creamy orbs of Lavender's large breasts, or Parvati's thick, tan thighs squeezing and rubbing together in her embarrassment. His cock throbbed eagerly in his trousers. For a second... he wanted to throw off his clothes and join them... but he wasn't that bold. (Yet)

Instead, he brought out his Ledger.

Gryffindor Girls always shower in pairs.

Then, when he raised his eyes, he was amazed. The four separate stalls were gone. Instead, he was looking at a wide-open shower area, with one central pillar that had four separate knobs and shower heads. The two girls were nearly side by side under the spray of water, both still eyeing him shyly.

Lavender smiled at him, “There's plenty of room Harry...” Even if she was embarrassed showing off her naked body, she seemed to be almost eager, running her eyes down his form, “You can join us if you want...” She softly bit her lip.

Harry wasn't quite aware enough to notice. He'd gotten somewhat used to the attention he attracted from wizarding folk, but wasn't aware enough to notice the difference in attraction to his fame... and the interest of a woman.

“N-no...” He swallowed thickly, “I-I can wait until you are done...”

“Oh...” Lavender pouted her full lips, “Okay then... We'll hurry up. Parvati, can you wash my back?” Lavender turned and swung her wide hips in his direction.

Harry groaned and tried not to reach for his stiffness as he got an eyeful of her snowy white moon. The two luscious cheeks of her round bottom, while not as thick and wide as Parvati's were still plump and eye-catching. They looked irresistible slick and glistening with water.

Parvati gave him one last nervous look, but nodded her head, “S-sure...” Then she brought her soapy hands to Lavender's back.

Harry watched unblinkingly as Parvati's thin fingers trailed down the curve of Lavender's slender back. The blonde girl giggled, “That tickles a bit...” As she grabbed her own boobs with her hands, looking over her shoulder to watch Parvati work.

Parvati slipped down as her hands went lower... then shamelessly started sliding soap over the round globes of Lavender's plump butt.

Harry had a front-row seat to one of the Hogwarts male students' biggest fantasies... two sexy young ladies soaping each other up in the showers of their dorm... and he wasn't being chased out for being a creep or a pervert. They'd welcomed him in, and let him watch without a word!

Harry didn't want this to end. He had plenty of naughty ideas constantly popping up in his head now. But there was something he wanted to know. He scribbled something else down.

Gryffindor girls admire each other's bodies in the shower.

“Wow, Lavender...” Parvati said quietly, as her hands slowly rubbed circles into Lavender's soft ass, “Your butt looks so good...”

“Heh, thanks, but it's not as big as yours..!” She said back cheerfully, shaking her round bum in the shower spray.

“Bigger isn't always better...” Parvati said quietly, looking down at her own thick thighs, “I wish mine was as firm as yours!”

“Don't be ridiculous!” Lavender said, “Yours is so amazing! God, you should see yourself walk upstairs..! I bet all the boys are dreaming of that bouncy butt!”

Parvati flushed red in the face, as her hands started trailing down Lavender's legs, “D-don't say that! Now I'm gonna be super conscious of my skirt going up the grand staircase!”

“You both look amazing...” Harry breathed out.

“!!” The girls squeaked and looked at him. He was confused for a second, as they covered their tits with their hands and cowered away from his gaze.

“U-um... thanks Harry...” Lavender blushed, “But...”

“That's not very appropriate...” Parvati said sternly, frowning a bit as she covered herself, “P-please do not talk about our bodies while we're washing...”

Harry realised his mistake. 'Girls admire...' He hadn't included himself in that rule. To them, his statement was probably just harassment. He blushed and stammered, “S-sorry..! I couldn't help myself...”

“I-It's okay...” Lavender got back her teasing grin, “We understand, Harry... after all, this must be your first peek at a real woman's body huh?” She said cheekily, dropping one arm to let her soft pink nipple peek out at him. With her arms beneath her breasts, she gently lifted those glorious orbs up for his hungry gaze.

“Y-yeah...” He swallowed.

“Well... I can forgive you, Harry...” Parvati said quietly, “But please don't do so again... it makes us uncomfortable...” Then she turned her head, once again drawing Harry's eyes down to her tan, thick rump. She looked over her shoulder, “Can you wash my back now, Lavender?”

“Sure!” Lavender dropped her arms, making her big tits bounce hypnotically on her chest as she lowered her hands to Parvati's back.

Harry was drooling as he watched the two girls wash each other down.

It was over all too soon.

The girls soon wrapped themselves in towels, covering their tits from his gaze as they walked out of the shower and left him alone.

“All yours Harry~!” Lavender said as she passed him by, his eyes glued on her creamy tits nearly bursting from the top of her towel.

Then he was left alone in the shower, horny and excited.

He locked the door so the girls wouldn't catch what he was about to do, stripped his clothes off, and turned on the shower.

Crawling into bed that night had Harry thinking.

The three girls he shared his roommates all had rather cute pajamas. Lavender's fluffy pink outfit disguised the sheer size of her chest, while Parvati's body was covered completely by a modest, light blue sweater and soft cotton pants.

He couldn't stop imagining their naked forms under the shower. The image burned into his brain forever.

He knew it was a massive invasion of the girls' privacy, barging in on their bath like that... but he didn't regret it one bit. It was the most exciting, arousing thing he'd ever experienced... and the powerful orgasm he'd wanked off in the shower afterward was the best he'd ever felt.

He wanted to play around more. To see what he could do with this power.

As Harry lay down to bed, he twirled his quill in his fingers, thoughts wandering.

He could really do anything. He could probably bar the girls from even wearing clothes around the dorm. He could make them do anything he wanted.

And it wasn't just these girls he was restricted to. His mind went to Hogwarts as a whole. On a whim, he'd made Snape trip over himself and Malfoy ruin his own potion. Then he'd banished Snape from the castle as a whole. Just those few things made his life so much better around the castle. What else could he change? The Professors? The rules? There was so much potential. Where would he start?

Harry's life at Hogwarts was about to get a LOT better.
