Octavia looked across the fire as they finally got back from Bardo with everyone. She stared at Clarke as she talked with Indra and Murphy she could see Clarke face crease with worry. It seems like that's the only expression Clarke has since the dropship. Octavia looked at Diyoza as she sat next to her. “Octavia you need to speak to her sometime this whole watching her from afar is creepy'' Diyoza said clasping her on the shoulder
“I don’t know what your talking about Diyoza” Octavia muttered
“You use to stare at the fire as you thought of ways to apologize to your brother your looking at her the same way” Diyoza stared at her confused
“What’s wrong your acting weird around Clarke, Everyone is starting to notice you avoid her, Hope keeps asking why your avoiding her considering when you first saw her you hugged her like your life depended on it” Diyoza stared at Octavia but, Octavia looked down not wanting Diyoza to see through her.
“Whatever is going between you guys needs to get fixed considering it's only a matter of time before the Shepherd and his people get here.” Diyoza got up leaving huffing annoyed at Octavia ignoring her.
Octavia looked back at Clarke and she saw her angrily yelling as Indra and Murphy tried to calm her down. She saw Murphy grab her by the arm and Clarke shoved him back and she stormed past him.
Bellamy tried to stop Clarke but she stormed past him. Bellamy looked confused at Clarke’s angry outburst. Everyone followed Clarke as she went into the Rykers shop. Wonkru guards were confused but they followed Clarke, and Octavia was confused as to why Clarke was so pissed. Clarke kicked down the door and Octavia ran after Clarke.
“Don’t you dare touch her” Clarke tackled Nikki as she cornered Raven
Clarke hit her in the face. Clarke kept hitting Nikki,she was trying to fight back. Nikki punched Clarke in the gut trying to knock her off but all it did was piss Clarke off. Indra and Miller tried to get Clarke off Nikki as Raven yelled for Clarke to stop. Clarke slipped from their grip and went back to hitting Nikki. She eventually stopped when Nikki stopped fighting back “ You or the other prisoners ever try to hurt raven or any of my people and I will kill you” Clarke spat out.
The Eligius prisoners came and dragged Nikki out apologizing for Nikki’s actions. “Damn remind me not to mess with you” Diyoza whistled at the sight of Nikki
Clarke pushed past everyone, she headed to the tavern. As she entered the woman and the man who owned it gave her a drink. “Can I stay in one of the rooms?” She asked, trying to keep the tremor out of her voice.
The woman looked at her sadly “Yeah the one you stayed in before”
“Thank you ” She whispered
Gaia came in concerned with Indra following behind “Clarke are you okay I heard what happened” She asked concerned
“I’m fine, can you watch Madi tonight” Gaia nodded but she stared at Clarke with concern as she and Indra left.
Clarke picked up the drink with her right hand, because her left hand throbbed in pain she could tell she broke some of her knuckles. Eventually, they cut her off from the Jo juice. And Clarke headed up to bed. She headed into the shower and blood and grime washed down the drain. Clarke leaned against the wall as she cried. After washing up Clarke headed to bed.
Raven pov
Raven leaned against the wall as Nikki cornered her and that’s when saw Clarke tackle Nikki to the ground and beat the crap out of her. “Clarke stop she didn’t hurt me” she yelled out as Clarke continued to hit Nikki. Miller and Indra rushed in trying to pull Clarke off but Clarke escaped from them going back to hit Nikki. When Nikki went limp Clarke stopped. Octavia and DIyoza entered and Diyoza commented on Nikki being the crap beat out of her.
“Clarke” Octavia whispered as she tried to stop her. Clarke walked past everyone. Hope and Echo and Gabriel ran in confusion at the commotion. “What happened here?” Hope asked as they saw blood on the floor.
“Clarke lost it on Nikki” Diyoza replied uncaring
“It’s that but Clarke just learned Russel is Shiedheda” Murphy said cautiously.
“Who’s Shiedheda” Hope asked confused
“He tried to kill Madi he was known as the Dark commander” Gaia said as she entered the room
“Why not just kill him” Hope asked, confused, Diyoza looked down, saddened, Octavia placed a comforting hand on her shoulder.
“We can't. The faithful will burn the place to the ground if they learn their god is dead” Indra grumbled.
Gaia and Indra headed toward the area Clarke headed towards. “We will see you all tomorrow” Indra grumbled out
Clarkes pov
As Clarke awoke to the light shining through the blinds. She winced and tried to cover her eyes as the light blinded her. Clarke then winced as she tried to move her fingers.
Clarke slowly got up getting clothing from the closet. As she put on the clothes she headed downstairs thanking the owners for letting her stay. As she walked out of the building she noticed the ever growing crowd around Russels (Shiedheda) prison.
Indra and Miller were waiting for her in the Prison. The faithful were waiting there. Clarke went to the prison and she grabbed Shiedheda and he grinned at her as he saw her pissed off expression.
“You say anything wrong and a bullet will be put in your head” Clarke gritted out.
She forced him outside as Wonkru kept the faithful back. She kicked him behind the knee forcing him to kneel on the ground. She raised her gun to his head ignoring the pain in her hand. Octavia and Raven stared at her. “If you don’t leave I will kill your god right here right now. If you do this again I will kill your god.” Clarke gritted out.
“Please I beg of you please don’t fight them anymore. I must pay for what I have done and you are hurting me when you fight back” He pleaded
Trey agreed, Kneeling down for his god and the others kneeled to. The rest of the faithful kneeled to and then slowly left. “Put him back” Clarke said
Indra motioned for the others to bring him back. Clarke left shortly after to go sit by the tree near the house. She rubbed the soulmark on her thigh as she sighed.
Octavia and Raven
As the two heard a commotion from outside Octavia and Raven rushed outside to see Clarke forcing Russell (Shiedheda ) to his knees. She placed the gun against his head and threatened to shoot him if the faithful didn’t leave. And then he pleaded with them like a martyr.
“She’s breaking,” Raven whispered. Octavia looked at her and she could see the sadness in her eyes. She could see the way her hand trembled and the bags under her eye’s. She felt her anger kind of dissipate but she was still angry at her. “I’m gonna head to Rykers shop to make sure Murphy and Emori haven’t messed with anything”
Raven left and Octavia stood there staring at the temporary prison. When Diyoza came up next to her. “Hey Blake” Diyoza spoke loudly
“Jesus christ Diyoza you could have gave me a warning” Octavia yelled out
“I did, anyway I went to see Nikki Clarke really did a number on her. I didn’t think Griffin had it in her. Last time I saw someone go off like that is because someone hurt their soulmate. Or they were really crazy. ” Diyoza rambled on, Octavia ran off toward Rykers shop.
“Thats rude Octavia, eh mine as well see what's important” Diyoza ran after behind
Octavia ran down the steps to see Echo, Raven, Hope, Gabriel, Emori and Murphy. Bellamy and Diyoza ran down the steps behind Octavia. “What wrong Octavia I saw you running” Bellamy asked concerned
Octavia ignored him, “Raven, show me your soulmark now.”She demanded.
Everyone stared at Octavia flabbergasted. “What why?” Raven asked, confused.
“Why do you think Clarke tried to kill Nikki yesterday” Octavia said bluntly
“Clarke would have told me Octavia.” Raven said confused
“No she wouldn’t especially after the whole Finn thing and then Shaw. So take off you shirt”
Raven cautiously took off her shirt and she turned around to let Octavia see her back. “Fucking Griffin” Octavia mumbled
“Octavia ” Bellamy asked cautiously
Raven threw her shirt back on. Octavia pulled her shirt up a little and wiggled down her pants to let Raven see her hip.
“Were soulmates” Raven whispered with tears in her eye’s
“Yeah and Clarke fucking knew” Octavia huffed out harshly
Octavia went to go leave to yell at Clarke “Wait Octavia you know Clarke would have never ruined a relationship for you or Raven” Bellamy pleaded
Bellamy's radio came to life as Miller's voice came through “Hey uh what do want me to do, Clarke is passed out against the tree by the house and I think her hand is broken.”
Octavia huffed in defeat as Raven looked at her pleadingly. Octavia grabbed the radio ”Miller wait there me and Raven are coming and I wouldn’t call Jackson just yet unless you want her to hit you by accident” Octavia handed the radio back to Bellamy and she Grabbed Raven’s hand and led them upstairs.
Everyone just stared as the two left. “Thank god I was wondering when those three would get together well at least Raven and Clarke” Murphy yelled out
“What” He asked confused as everyone looked at him like he had grown three heads
“If you heard how Raven talked about Clarke on the ring you would have believed they were together. She used to get drunk and cry about how she never got to tell Clarke how she felt.” Murphy explained
“Now that you mention it Octavia use to talk about Clarke and Raven all the time in her stories” Diyoza said as she looked at Hope
Niylah came down the steps and she looked confused as everyone looked at her. “Didn’t you have sex with Clarke” Murphy asked bluntly
Niylah blushed but she nodded yes “Why are we talking about this?” she looked at them confused
“We just found out Raven, Clarke, and Octavia are soulmates” Gabriel replied,
“Oh, that”
“Wait you knew” Bellamy asked surprised
“We are friends I saw her soulmark and I realized it matched Clarke’s but, it wasn’t my right to tell her” Niylah stated
Murphy stared at her as if trying to figure something out. He snapped his finger “You had Sex with Octavia” he stated bluntly
Bellamy just looked at her with his mouth gaped open “You and Octavia I need a drink” He left
“Wait, who was better in bed, Octavia or Clarke?” Murphy asked curiously. Emori walked over to him and smacked him upside the head.
“John it’s none of your business, Niylah ignore him, he is being an ass.”
Niylah just turned around and left the room.
Raven and Octavia
As they neared the tree Clarke was at Miler stopped them. “Clarke left not to long ago I think she went to the tavern”
As they entered the tavern they saw Bellamy drinking and watching Clarke. As they entered Bellamy saw them and got up in front of them. “Octavia what's going on” he chuckled nervously
Her eyes narrowed at him as she looked at curiously “Nothing bell I heard Clarke was hear we need to talk to her.”
He went to speak but they heard a female laugh. They pushed past him to see Clarke chuckling as a guy sat next to her.
Octavia pushed up her sleeves. Bellamy grabbed her arm “O don’t he’s flirting with her and she seems to be oblivious to that okay I’ve been watching them, don’t fight the poor guy he doesn’t know Clarke has 2 soulmate” He whispered to her
She huffed but she went to the bar and got a drink. Raven just glared at the guy as Bellamy nudged her to the bar.
The barkeeper handed Clarke a whiskey and the guy nonchalantly wrapped his arm around her. She shrugged his arm off and she slightly moved away from him. Octavia went to get up to fight him. “Octavia she shrugged him off, it seems he got the hint.” he pleaded slightly hoping she wouldn’t get in a fight.
And then Diyoza walked in and she went to Octavia. “Hey Octavia have you talked to Clarke yet” She asked bluntly
The only answer they got was the glass broken in Octavia’s hand as she glared at the guy. “What crawled up your ass?” Diyoza asked octavia.
Bellamy looked towards Clarke and that's when he saw the guy leaning over Clarke backing her against the bar. As he went to touch Clarke’s face Bellamy saw Clarke grip his wrist angrily. Octava seeing Clarke get pissed she got up. She shrugged Bellamy off and she grabbed the guy by the wrist and yanked it behind his back. Then, she slammed him against the bar. “You bitch” the guy yelled in pain.
Clarke looked at Octavia in surprise as she threw the guy to the floor. Octavia went to hit him, But Clarke got between her and the guy. “Octavia don’t you know he doesn’t stand a chance” Clarke scolded
She turned around to look at the terrified drunk man. “If you wish to not die I would leave before she gets you.”
The guy scrambled out the door mumbling “You crazy bitches”
As the guy left Clarke went back to the bar to finish off her whiskey. “When did you and raven find out ” she asked calmly
Octavia Glared at Clarke “I found out in bardo that you and me were soulmate’s but I found out about Raven when you tried to beat Nikki to death”
Clarke became angry at the mention of Nikki's name “Why the hell didn’t you every say anything” Octavia voiced cracked
“Because who the hell would want the Princess and the boyfriend stealer as their soulmate” Clarke yelled in frustration.
Octavia felt herself soften as she realized they truly hurt Clarke but she wasn’t gonna back down. She could see tears in Raven 's eyes, And Clarke wouldn’t look at them.
“Clarke I only hated you for like a week before we became friends. And on the first day of earth you saw my tattoo when I was bit by the creature in the water.”
“Octavia, you were 17 when we met and you spent 16 years under the floor. I would have never told you we were soulmates when you never experienced life. And then when I went to tell you, but then you fell in love with Lincoln. And I would have never gotten between your relationship with him.” They could hear that sadness in Clarke’s tone.
“And then Raven came down and she and Finn were kissing. But I only found out Raven was our soulmate when she was shot in her back and when I went to look I saw the tattoo on her back. But she only saw me as the person who slept with her boyfriend, but I never knew he had a girlfriend.” Clarke said softly as she stared at the bar table
“How come you never said anything I mean when the bunker opened?” Octavia asked, still confused.
“Madi came first and I knew if you found out about Madi’s blood I knew there was only one option because we both know Wonkru would have killed you for Madi to become the commander. And then I betrayed Bellamy but in my defense you put my daughter’s life in danger. And then Raven and Shaw were dating and everyone hated me. I could live with the fact that both of my soulmates hated me. And then Russel killed me and I knew as I layed on that table paralyzed I knew my soulmates would never love me the way I loved them.”
Everyone in that room had tears in their eyes at Clarke admission. Before anyone could say anything Clarke rushed out the tavern with tears trailing down her face.
“That poor girl has been through unimaginable pain” The woman barkeeper said as Clarke rushed out the door.
“There is no greater pain than watching your soulmates fall in love with someone who isn’t you.” The husband said
“What do you mean” Diyoza asked them
The two looked at each other “We knew people who watched their soulmates fall in love with someone who wasn’t them. The fact that your friend isn’t dead from killing herself or a broken heart is a surprise.” A gasp left raven
“We knew 10 people who went through what Clarke did, and only one of them is alive and well he kinda went crazy he lives out in the forest”
Everyone looked at each other in concern. “OMG” Diyoza mumbled
“What” Octavia playfully glared at her
“Clarke saw you and Levitt kiss” Diyoza said
Madi walked in and she saw everyone's terrified expressions. “What's going on”
“Madi it’s okay we just found out something about Clarke”
Her face mortified into relief “Oh you found out Clarke is sick” she asked
“What” Octavia said well yelled
“Oh never mind, Clarke said not to mention anything” Madi went to leave.
“Madi beja” Octavia pleaded
“Clarke is sick, she has been for awhile she said something about it having to do with soulmates or something.”
“It looks like she was affected,” the woman mumbled sadly.
“Hey Madi, that boy over there is waving for you” Bellamy pointed out and their Luca was waving through the glass.
Madi smiled as she ran through the door. “How do we fix this” Octavia begged the woman
The woman smiled sadly at her. “You either have to never see her again, or you have to accept her as your soulmate that means you can’t date anyone else”
“We have to find Clarke,” Octavia said to Raven.
“We're gonna go find her, we need you guys to keep the others away so she doesn’t run away again” Raven asked Bellamy and Diyoza.
“How are we gonna do that? We don't even know where Clarke is.” Bellamy asked confused
“She’s gonna be in the vineyard or the farmhouse” Raven said confidently
“Lets go” Raven dragged Octavia off
“Go get your girl” Diyoza yelled, Octavia rolled her eyes
They set off toward the farm house and as they got closer they saw the blind open and close. “Clarke is definitely home.”
As they entered the home they noticed the rooms downstairs were empty. “Clarke,” Octavia yelled.
They heard a sniffle from upstairs. “Clarke were coming up” Raven yelled
They went to the master bedroom and Clarke was curled up on the bed. Raven sat on the bed behind Clarke as Octavia went to kneel in front of Clarke. “Clarke, talk to us please.” Raven pleaded
“It hurts seeing you guys love other people. It felt like you grabbed my heart and crushed it” she explained.
“We wish you would have told us Clarke, Madi told us your sick” Octavia said carefully
“We love you Clarke, we love you as are soulmate we want you Clarke” Raven said softly
“We love you Clarke and our soulmarks have nothing to do with it I promise” Octavia said as she touched Clarkes Cheek.
“Do-do you want us” Raven stuttered nervously
Clarke turned around to look at her. “I’ve wanted you both since the day I saw you, you guys are the most beautiful people I’ve ever laid my eyes on.”
Raven leaned down to cuddle into Clarke “I missed you every day on the Go-sci” Raven said as Clarke kissed her head
“It was hard not being able to see you but the worst part was not knowing if you were dead or alive and you were supposed to be down in five years but you never came” a tear rolled down Clarkes cheek.
She then looked at Octavia “I tried to dig you guys out but then the tower toppled and I couldn’t get to you” Octavia crawled into the bed holding Clarke as raven laid on top of her. As they slowly fell asleep in each other's arms.
