Work Text:
Recalling back to the time when the Misfits had their vacation at Walter Park. With Kalego, Balam and Opera as the stand-in bodyguards of Iruma, they all settle to separate into 3 groups.
Of course Lied was unfortunate to be put in the Kalego team along with 3 other unfortunate demons: Gaap, Caim, and Jazz.
And there was this contest that who has the most fun team will be treated to something and Kalego had to add that whoever loses will have to double their homework. Obviously team Kalego is already doomed from the start. However, Lied and the rest won’t just let it be.
Which leads to the four unfortunate demons to go all out and include Kalego in the fun parts of Walter Park, much to Kalego’s dismay.
“How are we even going to win de gozaru?”
“I don’t think Kalego-sensei is having fun…”
“Argh! Just thinking about the double homework makes me want to barf!”
“A tea perhaps would work–”
“That would definitely not work Caim”
“Ughh… so much for a fun time here at Walter Park”
Lied goes to a nearby mascot shop and checks out every item on display.
“If Kalego-sensei isn’t going to have fun then!” The pro gambler pulls out the most ridiculous looking mascot item “WE will force him to have fun!”
The unfortunate demons didn't object to the idea and got a lot of fun items and forced them onto the ever so strict teacher who obviously did not like what was going on.
“Stop that! Put that away!”
“Sorry not sorry Kalego-sensei!”
“We cannot! Absolutely cannot! Allow ourselves to be the losing team just because you’re not enjoying this!”
“Kalego-sensei, wear this hat! It looks good on you I’m sure!”
“Enough! Stop!!!”

Some time later, the Kalego team had given up on forcing the teacher to join in the fun after receiving a threat that even if they didn’t lose the contest, they’d still receive the punishment but it would be triple instead.
“What a buzz kill…” Lied mumbles while he and the others put the items back with a certain fluff bird glaring at them. As the blonde places back the item he took, his phone suddenly rings.
It was a notification from their group chat as a class. Most of them were pictures from other teams. The Opera team was having fun dressing up while the Balam team seems to focus more on Iruma for some reason.
“Uwaaa they’re all having fun, but why is it all Iruma on the other team’s pictures? Oh well” Just as he put away his phone there was a heavy weight slung against his side with their arm wrapped around his shoulders.
“Jazzy! Y-you’re too heavy!” Lied struggles to carry himself with his tail due to the extra weight. As for the known klepto, he just smiles as if he isn’t putting the blonde into misery.
“The others sure are having fun but we will be having fun as well!” Jazz said with confidence and this made the blonde raise a brow.
“And what do you have in mind Jazzy?”
“We do like to play games right?”

As Kalego team reaches the stalls crowded with other demons, Lied and the others stare at awe seeing the place, for different reasons.
“So many games! Oh! I’m going to play that one! Or maybe that one!”
“There’s a samurai game de gozaru! I have to tell Agares-dono about this!”
“So many fine women! Ahem! I shall introduce myself—”
“Stop right there”
Kamui was restrained by Kalego.
Jazz watches his friends go into different stalls, except for Kamui, but they only end up in one stall as per instructed by Kalego. ‘One at a time’.
The kleptomaniac goes over to Lied and Gaap who are currently playing at a claw machine. Both demons were aiming for a certain toy. The two kept shouting at each other whether they moved enough or too much, and when the claw didn't do its job they would get mad at it.
Thinking it was his time to shine, Jazz had planned to use his bloodline in getting the toy but knowing Kalego was watching him he didn’t use it. But that doesn't mean his plan on getting the toy isn't in vain.
Before becoming a Babyls student, Jazz had spent quite some time at arcades, especially at claw machines. He only plays with it when he manages to steal a few coins from one demon to another during that time.
And does Andro M. Jazz have money? Yes. Yes, he does.
Well, he does after stealing from a few demons before entering Walter Park that is.
Lied and Gaap screams (silently, because Kalego had enough of their screams) for the 9th time after the claw had finally grabbed the toy only for it to fall before it reached the chute.
“The hell is wrong with this game?”
“Lied-dono… I think it's a skill issu–”
“Try finishing that sentence Gaap”
“I won’t. Sorry de gozaru.”
“Excuse me guys, let the pro handle this” Jazz splits the two demons apart and goes to cracking his ringed fingers before starting to do a little magic trick on the machine.
Inserting the right amount of coins into the machine and Jazz begins to play with the joystick and buttons and before Lied nor Gaap could even blink (pun intended because the two are often seen with their eyes closed) Jazz had two toys out of the claw machine.
“Woah! T-that was amazing Jazzy! How?!”
“Amazing indeed de gozaru! Lied-dono there is a huge gap between your ski–”
“Gaap.”
“Sorry de gozaru.”
Jazz hands over the two toys and Gaap was so overjoyed that he took pictures and sent them to Agares (obviously).
Lied on the other hand was also happy that he was happily smiling, and the kleptomaniac saw this and felt his heart throb. Living up to his title, Jazz swiftly takes a picture at the smiling blonde gambler.
But of course, he forgot to turn the shutter sound off.
*CLICK!
Lied quickly drops his smile upon realisation that Jazz took a picture of him.
Thinking that he might’ve looked stupid in the photo, Lied’s face was covered in red. “Jazzy, delete that right now!” the blonde began to chase the kleptomaniac who refuses to delete it. Their chase disturbed some civilians and the two had to be stopped.
Both Lied and Jazz were hanging above 4 feet from the ground with Kalego’s Cerberus biting onto their shirt’s collar and were in for a long lecture from their teacher.

“Hello! Hell to Lindy-chan~” Furfur waves at the face of the blonde who finally comes back into reality. “H-huh?” Lied stammers looking around the place and realises that he is still at the love hotel room with the demon general.
“Seems like you have returned from your flashback of the past hmm?” Furfur asks but doesn't bother to hear the answer and goes for another drink. But he continues to talk, “You know Lindy-chan, if you weren’t my disciples friend or whatever your relationship is, I would’ve fucked you already” the red tall demon sips at his glass while staring intently at the blonde.
As if stripping the young demon from its clothing.
Following his instincts, Lied covers himself with the bed covers and this action brings out a laugh from Furfur. “Now, I said I would have but I won’t, not until he arrives” he emphasised on the word ‘he’ in which it catches the blonde’s attention.
“What do you mean by ‘he’?” Lied asks but was only responded to by a blunt answer from the demon general, “Obviously I meant Jazz”.
At that same moment, right after Furfur mentioned his name, Jazz came into the room through the open window and Allocer came in as well.
Furfur smirks at the sight of his disciples and claps aloud. “Look who finally showed up! Nice job at finding us” Furfur cheers but was shut down by Jazz, “It wasn’t too difficult, you were literally standing by the open window. You intentionally did that, didn't you?”
“You already know the answer to that, Jazz” said Furfur as he walks to the side of the bed and grabs a hold of Lied’s ankle, dragging the blonde to him. This brings out a shriek from Lied as he pulls his skirt down.
Jazz and Allocer were about to jump on their mentor but stopped when they got ‘stared’ at by the demon general. They decided to stand down.
Witnessing them hold back brings a smile on Furfur’s lips and he suddenly suggests,
“How about we play a game boys?”
Silence fills the air with the two disciples hesitating to answer nor question the demon. However, Furfur only waits for either of the two to speak while Lindy is still laying on bed although both of his legs are still in the demon general’s hold.
“What game?” Finally, Jazz breaks the ice. However,he is anxious about what game it would be. Especially from a demon like Furfur who is a pretty notorious trickster and the memories of their training with the demon might lead him to a PTSD episode.
“Oh my sweet disciples” Furfur lets the blonde go and then he snaps his fingers where a round table with four chairs magically appears. The demon general takes a seat “The game will be simple.” Both Jazz and Allocer didn’t like hearing the word ‘simple’ from their mentor.
“Still remember how to play Poker ?” Furfur asks and he sways his hands on top of the round table and there was suddenly a deck of cards and chips piled at the centre while on each side had names plates on top.
Formation:
Lindy (Lied)
Furfur
Jazz Allocer
“Take your seats boys” Furfur instructed and his disciples begrudgingly took a seat, and as for Lied he only got a grin from the demon and he obediently sat down.
With all demons in the room having settled down Furfur began to explain how the game works and their rules, “Obviously, the demon with the highest hand and the most chips is the winner” he snapped his fingers and the cards began to distribute themselves to the three players. “And obviously the prize will be our dear blondie over here” Furfur glances over to Lied who felt uncomfortable with his yellow colored eyes staring at him.
Lied averts the demon's gaze by looking down at the floor. However, he had a feeling that someone else was staring at him.
Carefully, Lied looks over and sees two red eyes staring into his and without knowing he mumbles their name.
“Jazzy…”
