Slenderverse Headcanons

Summary:

My collection of Slenderverse Headcanons. Includes kinks on character profiles.

Chapter 1: Slender Woods

Slender Woods is a dimensional enigma that exists as both home and prison for its occupants. Some will argue that it exists in any solid location throughout the Earth — that is because the occupants can come and go as they please, as long as the location acting as middle-man is a wooded area. Country doesn’t matter — not even the continent does. As long as you are Branded, you can traverse the realms rather easily.

Unfortunately, those who do not belong fall through. They do not come back.

As the name would suggest, the one controlling this dimensional plane is the Slenderman — also known as the Operator, the Faceless Man… honestly, he’s known by far too many things by far too many people.

The following entries will cover the exact locations, roles, and extensive notes about current residents within the Slender Woods.

Chapter 2: Mansion

Frequently referred to as the “Slender Manor”. Utilizing shorthand here, as there are no other buildings like it within the Slender Woods, we will henceforth call it the “Mansion”.

The Mansion is home to the Operator, his Proxies, and his Creeps. Killers are not permitted inside, acknowledged as hostile entities to the residents of the Mansion.

The higher floors create a static-y sound that tends to drive weaker persons away.

Basement Level — Torture rooms. X-Virus’ experimentation room. Laundry room. Morgue. Jack’s food stash.

Ground Level — Foyer. Kitchen. Dining room. Medical station. Residential rooms.

Second Level — Arcade. Library. Recreational room. Residential rooms.

Third Level — Training room. Gym. Weapons stash. Residential rooms.

Fourth Level — Proxy meeting room. Proxies’ residential rooms.

Fifth Level — Cleared out. Potentially used for locking away captives. Most likely to be used for monsters or really unfortunate humans, given how close it is to the Operator’s floor.

Sixth Level — Operator’s office and room. Miscellaneous doors lead to rooms only the Operator can access; there’s no knobs on them to permit any form of entry.

Chapter 3: Cabins

Chapter Text

Cabins are sprinkled throughout the Slender Woods. They are secondary homes to the residents of the Mansion. While they grant more privacy, they’re definitely less secure and safe from hostile entities (and each other).

It’s common for injured Creeps to rest in their Cabins. It’s also common for them to hold captives they’re particularly possessive over there when they don’t want to bring them back to the Mansion.

It seems as though there’s been incidents of Creeps “stealing” captives from one another and storing them away; sometimes just outright killing them out of spite to the Creep that was keeping them.

Chapter 4: The Theatre

Chapter Text

The Theatre is… well.

It’s the Puppeteer’s property. This is what he’s been granted instead of a tiny cabin.

He stores his proxies here. Sometimes, he’ll store proxies.

He’s on a sort of peace treaty with the Slenderman. The Operator hopes to keep the Puppeteer placated enough that he doesn’t seek out enough strength to become another territorial opponent.

Chapter 5: The Well

The Well is located within Quadrant 2*.

Unfortunate Victims that stumble upon it risk death or conversion**.

There’s an entity that’s been down there longer than the Operator has been alive. It does not come out, though it’s become assumed by the Proxies that the thing down there must be fed and kept appeased in order to keep it that way. Due to this, there’s a sort of legend amongst the Creeps that whatever is down there may tear apart the entire dimension if it crawls up here.

This is where some of the bodies of their victims gets dumped. The Well doesn’t reek, and nothing comes back up, so it’s assumed that the entity down there eats them.


* The Slender Woods are divided into four Quadrants. Quadrant 1 is the left side of the woods, facing the front of the Mansion. Quadrant 2 is the right side of the woods, facing the front of the Mansion. Quadrant 3 is the left side of the woods, facing the back of the Mansion. Quadrant 4 is the right side of the woods, facing the back of the mansion. This is how the Proxies divvied up the areas to make patrolling and searches easier.

** Conversion turns Victims into Killers. This will be covered in more depth in the appropriate section.

Chapter 6: Zalgo's Castle

The Quadrant this resides within is unknown. It’s even suspected that Zalgo’s Castle isn’t in the Slender Woods — there may just be tears in reality that cause his dimension to leak and intertwine, dragging unsuspecting individuals into his.

Wherever it is, Zalgo’s castle has a distinctly Victorian theme to it. Oppressive and vast. Not much is known about his minions or Proxies.

Puppeteer has been nearly swayed to Zalgo’s side a good time or two, though.

It’s suspected the Operator has even more entities as enemies.

Chapter 7: Proxies

Chapter Text

Proxies work directly under the Operator. In that sense, they are very much the highest in the hierarchy.

Their word is law, only undermined by the Operator itself.

Though, this authority also comes with its own handful of responsibilities. The freedom of a Proxy is so restricted that many Creeps, even if given a chance, would want to shy away from the opportunity.

I have managed to collect a list of these responsibilities and, subjectively, I suppose, the “cons” of being a Proxy.

- Reporting directly to the Operator, which can be a… painful endeavor.
- Being responsible for failures as a leader and more likely to be punished by the Operator, unless one can pawn off someone else as the certifiable reason why the assignment failed.
- Holding and attending Proxy meetings.
- Even if you are a Proxy, they have their own mini-hierarchy. You will always have someone to report and answer to.
- Delegating chores on a weekly basis.
- Delegating assignments on a weekly basis.
- Training newer recruits.
- More likely to be sent out to handle difficult assignments, including recruitment that the Creeps can’t handle. These are missions one cannot afford to slip up on so carelessly.
- You are essentially the Operator’s lap dog. You have very little, if any, off time to do as you please.
- The Operator’s mark is a painful branding.

… But it might be worth the power, bigger cabins, and generally bigger rooms on the higher floors to some!

Chapter 8: Killers

Chapter Text

Killers are converted Victims.

They have no real place in the hierarchy. They are not respected, nor are they human enough to have much say in anything.

Unlike when they were human, though, they are a viable threat against both Creeps and Proxies. The Rake is considered the Killer that’s been around the longest, and tends to be the most pesky.

These creatures are born out of various reasons.

Being created by the Well’s entity, souls that refuse to depart after being murdered within the Woods, servants of Zalgo, whatever else is in those Woods…

Even the Killers who look like animals are deceitful monsters.

They were once human. They will never be that again.

Chapter 9: Creeps

More commonly known as Creepypasta, I will be addressing them by short-hand variation — Creeps.

These are the ones who actually work directly under the Proxies. On their day to day, they, technically, are the bottom of the barrel. The only exception are new recruits for the first several years of their adjustment, until they get a hang of everything and are able to hold their own. If they don’t, they’ll just continue to get thrown around and manipulated by others.

They do what they are told. There are different jobs based on the individual’s skills. For the most part, they just go out on missions when told to do so. Some, with unique skills, stay within the manor at all times, rarely allowed even to go to their cabins.

Outside of this, they have way more free time that they are allowed to do what they please with. As long as they don’t put the manor’s occupants in danger or draw unnecessary attention to themselves, they’re fine.

Chapter 10: Victims

Chapter Text

Victims are… exactly what they sound like. Victims of the Slenderman, Proxies, and Creeps. At times, they are torn apart by mindless Killers should they be lost in the Woods.

There doesn’t seem to be any specific demographic for who these killers target. The only thing of note is that there doesn’t seem to be a target for young kids or the elderly. Outside of that, everything varies drastically. Exact age group, gender, appearance, race, nationality… This makes it exceptionally difficult to pinpoint who could be next.

There must be SOME connection, though…

Chapter 11: Jeff the Killer

Subject: Jeffrey Woods

Alias: Jeff the Killer

Modus Operandi: Kills his victims via stabbing. Carves a ‘permanent smile’ into their faces. Whether he carves them in during or after the murder varies. Varied targets. Seems to have no preference for who his victim is.

Age: Late 20s

Height: Estimated to be around 5’10.

Role: Creepypasta, general servant under SLM-09216, hunter, raider, executioner

  • Seems to calm down from a rage after murder. Might be some sort of coping mechanism? Unclear whether these murders are just well-timed missions, or if there’s freedom to kill who they want as long as they get their jobs done.
  • Generally disrespectful behavior.

Identifiers

  • Carved-in smile. Tends to tear easily and start bleeding again if he stretches it too much.
  • Eyelids burned off? Unsure how he managed to do that… Eyes themselves and his eyesight seems to be perfectly fine. Blue eyes.
  • Long hair. Black. Surprisingly healthy and well-groomed. Put into a ponytail more often than not. Sometimes high, sometimes low. Has been seen with a bun several times, though more rare.
  • Pale skin. Leathery.
  • Off-white hoodies often stained with blood. Color choice possibly hints at sadistic tendencies. None of these ever seem fully clean.
  • Broad shoulders. As J likes to call it… a “sleeper build”?
  • Many scars on palm. Presumably from knife getting too bloody and slippery.

Suspected Background

Details pieced together from sparse records and fragmented witness accounts. Accuracy questionable.

  • Believed to have originated in Minnesota.
  • Parents deceased, killed by his own hand.
  • Brother is alive and has become one of them. More info under HML-24791.
  • Childhood friend is alive and has become one of them. More info under JNE-53802.
  • Didn’t manage to graduate high school before Incident.
  • Signs of violence starting at age 8. Rapidly escalated in teens, leading up to the Incident.

Witnessed Abilities

A list of supernatural or enhanced abilities documented by various sources.

  • Prowess at hand-to-hand combat. It’s suspected all recruits under SLM-09216’s employ are trained in this.
  • Enhanced senses. Seems to pick up on things a normal human would not.
  • Inhumane durability. Has been seen powering through injuries that should be fatal on the average person.
  • Athleticism. Scaling buildings and running through the woods takes a lot.
  • Inhumane stamina. Seems impossible to truly outrun.
  • Stealth. Another thing we suspect all recruits are trained in.

Weapons of Choice

  • Kitchen knife. Doesn’t seem to use anything else unless he absolutely has to. And even then, it’s usually just his bare hands.
  • Tendency to favor close range.

Noted Weaknesses

  • Attachment to HML-24791.
  • Easy to anger. Won’t think straight if mad. Comes at the risk of him growing more violent, though.

Suspected Motivation

Reason for murdering is unknown. However, he seems to justify his actions by the thought that nobody is truly innocent anyway.

Relationships

  • Has ongoing deals with BND-84973.
  • Antagonistic relationship with JNE-53802.
  • Antagonistic relationship with BLP-23658. Seems one-sided on Jeff’s end. Relentlessly calls him “pretty boy” and tries to goad him into fights.
  • Antagonistic relationship with HDI-47190.
  • Vehemently hates SLM-09216 despite being under its employ. One of the only Creepypasta that openly displays this. But given that he seems to hate everyone, that might contribute to why it isn’t taken seriously by the Entity.
  • Owner of SMJ-98234. Takes good care of him.
  • Antagonistic relationship with MSK-56412. MSK-56412 was his mentor when initially recruited.
  • Rejected advances from NTK-75301. Disgusted by her.
  • Antagonistic relationship with KKG-21486.
  • Antagonistic relationship with TCT-69540.
  • Hostile towards KTC-33167, but most likely to obey her.
  • Close to HML-24791. Protective. They sometimes work together, as he is the only one compatible with Jeff on missions.

Psychological Profile

Compiled from observations and interviews with survivors.

  • Subject exhibits signs of PTSD, ASPD, an unspecified psychotic disorder, an unspecified mood disorder, and a superiority complex.
  • Prone to outbursts, possessive fits, mood swings, and manic episodes.
  • Displays irrational behavior under pressure.

  • Seems to cling onto the same knife from his childhood.
  • Paces when agitated.
  • Picks at his teeth with knife.
  • Picks under his nails with knife.

REPORT CONCLUSION:

Jeff the Killer is an uncertain piece on the Entity’s board. A wild card. Last spotted in a small town around Illinois. Antagonizing him is ill-advised. Other employees have dealt with his grudges. They are no longer around.

Chapter 12: Eyeless Jack

Subject: Jack Nyras

Alias: Eyeless Jack

Modus Operandi: Rarely kills targets. Often just extracts a singular kidney. Though, there are times where he might sweep back through a location to pick up on marked victims and “farm” them, kidnapping them. Suspected that he harvests the rest of their organs. Noticeably picks up on a kill streak as it nears winter. Prefers healthy victims, of no specific gender or race, ages 18-35. Noticeably few victims between age range of 18-21. Alcohol gets to the taste, perhaps? Rarely seen lingering around college campuses despite easy victims. Never touches those with substance-based addictions.

Age: Early 30s

Height: 5'11 - 6'3

Role: Creepypasta, general servant under SLM-09216, medic, hunter, raider, executioner

  • Navy blue mask. Suspicious and thick black substance leaking from the holes for the eyes. Stains. Very hard to clean. People who come into contact with the subject’s “ooze” says it burns.
  • Blue hoodie. Covers most of his hair, but glimpses of it have managed to be confirmed as black and going down below his ears.
  • Long, somewhat pointed ears. Floppy. Twitches when detecting sound.
  • Grey skin.
  • Broad shoulders. Relatively large body, differing from earlier sightings of him seeming small. Chances of this occurring due to corruption over the years? More akin to some sort of mountain monster than a man by now.
  • Long tail. Black, mostly thin, fluffy tuft of fur at the end matching his hair. Prehensile?
  • Black nails. Long. Will take a good chunk out of you. Though he seems to prefer using scalpels. Somehow.
  • Scars all over body, especially his back. Few (surviving) people have managed to see him to fully confirm.
  • Multiple long black tongues.
  • Sharp teeth.

Suspected Background

Details pieced together from sparse records and fragmented witness accounts. Accuracy questionable.

  • Believed to have originated in Canada.
  • Was a college student. Suspected to have been majoring in some sort of medical field.
  • Wound up being the victim to a cult. Incident led to him being turned into this creature. Unclear what exactly he is. Not as powerful as SLM-09216. Temporary classification as “Demon” due to lack of “Eldritch” strength.

Witnessed Abilities

  • Anatomical and surgical expertise.
  • Stealth.
  • Evasion.
  • Eyeless perception.
  • Accelerated healing factor.
  • Enhanced strength.
  • Enhanced durability. Has been seen taking several bullets and still going.
  • Speedier and more agile when on all fours. Way better at travel on all fours than properly on two feet. Kind of terrifying to see coming at you, given his size and build. Will scale up buildings with ease.
  • Enhanced stamina.
  • Intelligence. Not easy to trick.

  • Tends to prefer close range.

Noted Weaknesses

  • No results from team as of [REDACTED].

Suspected Motivation

Need for food supply. Given the inhuman nature, perverse cannibalism is stricken off the table. Likely unable to ingest normal food since Incident.

Relationships

  • Is not on particularly friendly terms with most under SLM-09216’s employ. The only one he seems to really go on missions with on a relatively frequent basis is TCT-69540.

Psychological Profile

Compiled from observations and interviews with survivors.

  • Only described as sadistic and terrifying, more akin to an animal with the way he toys with you. Survivors too shaken and out of it to give much more information. Survivors are immediately handed over to protected psychiatric units.

Quirks

  • Tail swishes quite a bit when agitated.
  • Tail seems to have a mind of its own at times.
  • Likely to fight other subjects over targets if he’s already marked (or intends to mark) one.
  • Has been seen lashing out at other subjects during times of intense distress (or hunger?).
  • During an observed interaction with MSK-56412, it was hinted at that he acts more irrational without his mask. Subject was treated with a certain level of disgust and told to put it back on; after which, he recollected himself from the episode he was having and apologized for his behavior. Seems respectful of the higher-ups.

REPORT CONCLUSION:

Eyeless Jack is utilized primarily as a medic for the other subjects. When spotted on supply runs, he focuses on harvesting and medical supplies; implies the subjects can be injured pretty terribly, despite their freakishly inhuman abilities. Last spotted around a college town in the mountains. Irregular behavior. Has not taken a victim, but observers must keep an eye to see if his modus operandi changes. It is difficult to obtain sustainable information before observers are harvested.

Chapter 13: BEN Drowned

This is based off canonical information from the final phase of the ARG, not the initial assumptions of fandom members from the Creepypasta story. The wiki can be found here: https://jadusable.withinhubris.com/BEN

TLDR: Ben is a child. BEN (Behavioral Event Network) is not; they came after. I am going under the assumption that until the next confirmed child death, using one of the videos that showed a bunch of faces that created BEN, that the ones murdered to create him were largely young adults, especially since the rest of the canonically-recognized murders seem to be. To mix him in with fandom, I decided to headcanon that, over time, from being together for so long (and forming a physical body), they settled down into one identity together. Hope that makes sense //

Subject: Behavioral Event Network

Alias: BEN Drowned

Modus Operandi: Rarely kills people itself. Indiscriminate in its targeting. Often toys with victims to drive them to suicide. When it does get its hands dirty, electrocution seems to be its go-to.

Age: Entity was created sometime between 2002 and 2009, though appears to be made out of numerous young adults; unsure if the adults have matured

Height: 5'3 - 5'5

Role: Creepypasta, general servant under SLM-09216, tech, surveillance, dark web utilization, cult leader, sometimes sent out for retrievals

  • "Hypnotic" Suggestion (subliminal messages)

Personality Notes

  • Psychopathic disposition. Evidently sadistic. Emotionally unstable when it lacks control/authority.
  • Short-tempered. Prone to fits of rage if it doesn't get its way.
  • "Playful" in its sadism. God complex. Talks a lot; referred to by some of our staff as a "chronic yapper".

Identifiers

  • Link from the Legend of Zelda game series, but with glowing red "eyes" in its otherwise empty, bleeding sockets majority of the time.
  • WILL AT TIMES CHANGE FORMS TO OTHER CHARACTERS FROM A VARIETY OF GAMES. THE EYES ARE THE KEY FEATURE TO SEEK IT OUT.

Suspected Background

Details pieced together from sparse records and fragmented witness accounts. Accuracy questionable.

  • Group of dead cultists combined into a singular entity.
  • Entity was not meant to be created as more than a network of "ascended" cultists. Corrupted? Failed mission? Name abbreviation "honors" an ascended 12-year-old victim of the Eternity Project, who was killed before the next round of cultists that made up this entity.
  • Utilized the viewership of its victim “Jadusable” to escape the cartridge containing the rest of the Eternity Project’s victims, getting out into the Internet and eventually manifesting a physical form.
  • After obtaining a physical form, the multiple souls calmed down into a singular personality.
  • Is now with SLM-09216, likely to make capture and containment more difficult than if it was working alone.
  • Revived and re-founded Project Eternity’s “Moon Children” cult to extend its reach. And possibly just for fun. Maybe laziness towards assigned tasks?

Witnessed Abilities

  • Traveling between digital worlds and the real world.
  • Traveling through the Internet.
  • Utilizing video games to manifest a different appearance from one of the characters in the real world.
  • Controlling electronics; including cables/wires.

Noted Weaknesses

  • Unable to get back into original game cartridge (though other copies of Majora’s Mask are fair game).
  • Unable to target those completely isolated from electronics.

Suspected Motivation

“Fun.” Venting out rage from deaths. Ghostly woes.

Relationships

  • Self-isolates. Doesn’t really seem to get along closely with the rest of those under SLM-09216’s employ. Makes a lot of deals with them, however, given its position within the manor being unique and it having access to things others don’t.

Psychological Profile

  • Shows signs of psychosis and ASPD.

Quirks

  • Body glitches when under duress (read: any negative emotion), though may do so when too excited, as well?

REPORT CONCLUSION:

Utilized for its ability to interact with the outside world and access the internet. Can hack into victims’ electronics. Best way to support victims are to move them into lives that permit them to cut all electronics from their lifestyle. Pursuing this entity is NOT recommended. We have no current way to hold it down. For now, agents will be focused on the Eternity Project.

Chapter 14: Jane Everlasting

Chapter Text

FILE NO: JNE-53802

Subject: Jane Arkensaw

Alias: Jane Everlasting (do NOT refer to her as “Jane the Killer” when confronting her; it will make the subject more aggressive and less cooperative)

Modus Operandi: Merciful killer. It’s suspected she only kills as part of her duties under SLM-09216. Will make sure her victims die a relatively quick death. Victims with violent criminal backgrounds are less fortunate, especially if male.

Age: Late 20s

Height: Expected to be around 5'8.

Role: Creepypasta, general servant under SLM-09216, hunter, raider, executioner

Kinks

Details to the subject’s sexual proclivities could not be noted. No witnesses experience them. Reasoning may be relationship with CLK-64729.

Personality Notes

  • Quiet.
  • Intimidating.
  • Assertive.
  • "Femme Fatale" behavior.
  • Attempts at reassurance are still mostly frightening.

Identifiers

  • Without mask, severely burned face.
  • Masked face is as pale as JTK-13084’s skin and contains black lips, as well as thick black eyebrows and long wavy black hair.
  • Usually seen with black nail polish.
  • Solid, single-color black eyes. No visible sclera or pupil. Similar to: Black-Eyed Children.

  • Believed to have originated in Minnesota.
  • Parents deceased, killed by JTK-13084.
  • Assaulted by JTK-13084, who is the reason for her disfigured state. He’s suspected to have been her childhood friend.
  • Has followed JTK-13084 to SLM-09216 and is under SLM-09216’s employ for the chance of being the one to murder JTK-13084 when he steps too far out of line.
  • Didn’t manage to graduate high school before Incident.
  • The most sane of the three survivors of the Incident.
