Fallen Boss

Summary:

Ochako Uraraka and Midoriya Izuku were transported into a Japanese copy of Undertale as Chara and Asriel Dreemurr respectively. I imagine you can see where this is going.
To those of you know Amenking1999, welcome! I love Azura, and so I made this whole fic 'bout them.
To those of you who don't, welcome (again)! I won't spoil anything, just that this fic starts in the USJ.

Side Note: This Summary really annoys me for some reason, but I can't figure out why. Any advice?
Also, since I couldn't find a tag for permanent fusion, I warn you now: Izuku and Ochako are stuck in the same body for the rest of time... or until someone finds a cure.
Chara is a Fallen Human, while Asriel is a Boss Monster. Could I have made the title better? Yes. Do I care? No, not really.
Have a good day!
(This mainly takes inspiration from Amenking1999's Undertale AU, but will eventually feature other AU/ATs like UnderPlayer, or Dusttale, etc.)

Chapter 1: Prolouge

Chapter Text

9-year old Ochako Uraraka and 8-year old Izuku Midoriya were having an argument about a not-so-little indie game they had recently played: Undertale. Both of them were walking on the street and arguing (VERY LOUDLY) about the timeline of Undertale. Of course, a nearby person’s Quirk malfunctioned, and with a loud ZAP!, both kids were gone.

…Of course, there were going to be repercussions for that, but that doesn’t really matter right now. What matters is that, currently, in the year 201X, 10-year-old Chara (formerly Ochako) was heading towards the top of Mt. Ebott with the full intention of dying, before falling into the Underground. You know the rest of the story… and Chara is now 12 with Frisk being 11. There was another timeline though… and that is where IM and OU are.

Chara had gotten revived alongside Asriel in this AT, and it was done by the time Frisk had gotten out of the Ruins. A bit later, Frisk was facing Chara, in the middle of doing a Genocide run thank you very much, when they (Chara) decided to do stupid: songs. Specifically, three songs: Its-a-Me, Soulmate Executor (Starman Slaughter), and a third song Chara never got to say. Its-a-Me was in Waterfall, nothing interesting (These are rap battles, not magical or physical fights). Soulmate Executor was in the Hotlands, specifically outside the CORE (the machine which powered the whole Undergound), and this is where things took a turn for the worse. Chara was fighting Frisk, with music of course, when Asriel joined in on Chara’s side. So, two opponents, which means double the health drain. It was only for a minute though, as Chara got ambushed by the Skeleton Brothers -Sans and Papyrus-, and Asriel saved her… but accidently pushed both of them into the lava down below. A good few bars later -it seemed Sans and Papyrus wanted a rap battle as well-, and both of the Skeletons were killed rather abruptly. Then, a new person flew from the lava. Azura Dreemurr. She had glowing rainbow wings, with small red horns on the top of his head. They had glowing molten orange eyes, and small puddle of lava below him. She was wearing Chara’s lime-colored T-shirt with a large cream-colored strip and a brown collar. He was also wearing brown pants and boots. They had short brown hair with bangs covering her forehead, sometimes shadowing his eyes, and also curved to her right.

He then promptly sang in Japanese for the rest of the song, before screeching in rage at the end. Quite literally seconds after this, a purple misty portal appeared behind her and sucked them in before anyone could react. She then landed with a *THUD* on what felt like a concrete floor, and blearily raised his head, choking out a confused (and strained),

“Where… am… I?” Azura was very confused, and by the looks of it, so were the people they were talking to. The people (students? – Her mind supplied) gathered in a small huddle, whispering amongst themselves. They seemed to come to a decision, as one of them, covered in gleaming silver-white armor,  carefully walked over to him, as if approaching a dangerous animal. He (Azura wasn’t sure how they could tell the student was male) then spoke,

“You’re at the USJ, ma’am. The Universal Simulation Joint, a place meant to practice rescue tactics and techniques. May I have your name?” The student responded. Azura chuckled, before replying,

“I am Azura Dreemurr. May I have your name, stranger? Also, by the shouts and sounds from below, it seems something has gone very wrong indeed.” Azura was mildly surprised by the figure giving her a small bow, before he replied,

“I am Iida Tenya (AN: Technically, this is the only part where I’m actually using Japanese Culture for the naming system, instead of what people generally prefer) . I am part of the Hero Class 1-A. We’re currently being attacked by villains, and one of our teachers has gone out to defend us and defeat them. Yes, something has indeed gone wrong.” The figure- Iida – replied, some humor in his voice. A Hero class, hmm? Azura managed to pick himself up, before giving Iida a small bow. After looking around, she noticed a much larger figure in a protective position, possibly one of the teachers. They then looked behind him, and saw one man, a single, hobo-looking, man, fighting off the hordes of what she could only assume were villains: humans with obvious mutations, or with that insane glint in their eyes. Azura was impressed, as this single man had already taken out 25 of their number, and was increasing his count by the minute… but he was tiring, and he had barely taken down half the enemies. Azura raised his head, looking over the entire courtyard, seeing a man-shaped mist – that was pinned down by a spiky haired blond male (he seems… familiar), and another with similar hair, just bright red -, alongside a blue haired male who was scratching his neck and muttering something, and a large purple… creature, with a humanoid shape and an exposed brain. Azura went to the students, before looking to the teacher(?), silently asking permission. The teacher nodded, and Azura cleared her throat.

“Hello. My name is Azura. May I have the pleasure of knowing your names? …and the name of your teachers as well.” Azura asked politely, shifting his body into a position that said ‘harmless/not a threat’.

One of the students stepped forward, a female with vibrant green hair and froglike features stepped forward (more like hopped forward), before speaking, albeit with frog hiccups every so often.

“Asui Tsuyu. Kero. Our teachers are Eraserhead – who is fighting the villains – and Thirteen – who is standing guard over us over there -. My classmates are Katsuki Bakugo – the angry blonde with mini explosions coming from his palms -, Tenya Iida– who you already met -, Denki Kaminari – the black and yellow haired boy -, Shoto Todoroki – the white and red haired boy -, Hitoshi Shinsou – the purple haired boy -, Eijiro Kirishima – the red haired boy holding down Kurogiri, who is the villain’s teleporter -, Momo Yaoyorozu – the black haired girl -, and Mina Ashido – the purple-pink girl with black and yellow eyes -. We’re Class 1-A, and, as I heard Iida telling you, we’re under attack from villains. I think Kurogiri here was supposed to teleport us, but he instead ended up teleporting you, Azura-san. We just lost a member, Fumikage Tokoyami, because he got portaled before anyone else since his Quirk, Dark Shadow, attacked Kurogiri. We also had Mineta Minoru, but he got expelled on the first day because he was a pervert.” Tsuyu explained to the patiently waiting Azura. Azura hummed for a few seconds, before a thought occurred to her, and he spoke that thought out loud.

“Do you think I could become part of your class? Two people are better than one, and I’m a fusion of two very powerful individuals. Actually, is there anything I could do to help? ‘Cause, ya know, there’s a giant attack out there, and your teacher is starting to weaken. I think the guy in charge of all of this, that blue haired man out there, also noticed. We’re in danger, and I refuse to let children die in vain! So, I will fight, and I will help, and if I get into your class from it, then so be it. I will help, and there is no way you can convince me otherwise.” Azura declared, magic swirling around her as they made his declaration, before growing into a noticeable surge, blocking all quirks for just a few seconds, just long enough for an SOS to finally be sent to UA.

Azura then turned to face the villains, a grim expression on her face – which was very concerning/terrifying if said face was akin to that of an eldritch deity -, and said one thing.

“This may not be my world, this may not be my fight, but I will still help, and I will still fight. I promise you that.” Azura was looking at Aizawa while speaking, before jumping down the edge, walking directly towards Shigaraki.

Notes:

And the story begins. I’mma be honest, there will NOT be a regular update schedule for this fic. This is just a side thing that I’m doing while working on the OBT Files. Any constructive criticism is enjoyed and will probably be implemented. I’d also appreciate any comments, mostly cause – other than the ones I made to test if I did comments correctly -, I haven’t got a single. Comment. Not one. So, please comment, and I will see you all another day!
