Minho walks straight into Felix's room without knocking, only to find a bundled up Felix-shaped lump on the bed.

"Lixie, you good? Sorry if I made you uncomfortable. 
What Channie-Hyung said is right, we don't want anyone being uncomfortable, not you, not Innie, not anyone else, ok?" Minho declares as he approaches the younger's bed.

All of the sudden a head pops out from under the blanket. Felix looks up at Minho, who is still just standing in front of his bed. 

"No Hyung, you didn't do anything wrong, I promise. It's something else..." Felix sighs and looks down at his bed, but doesn't move to hide his face again.

Minho sits down on the edge of the bed and gently strokes Felix's head. "What is it then hun? 
Tell your Hyung, he can make all your problems go away."

Felix giggles slightly at the almost childish tone he uses, a tone the hyungs always use on the youngers, either to tease them or to calm them. 
This time it was definitely not to tease.

"Hyung, it's embarrassing," he whines.

"Lixie baby, I don't know if I should be offended or not. 
You think there is literally anything you need to be embarrassed about around me?" Minho scoffs.

Then he takes Felix's face in his hands.
"You know about Hannie's nightmares, right?
And how he very rarely pees in his bed because of them? 
I would never, under any circumstances make fun of him for that, he can drive me as mad as he wants to but I know that's a no go. 
I want all of my babies, and Hyung, to be able to trust me, okay?
So please tell me, I can see that this is eating you up." He caresses his face with his thumbs.

The younger's lips start to wobble slightly and his eyes turn a bit glassy. "I asked Changbin Hyung out a while ago and he rejected me..."

Minho stops everything he is doing "He what?!"

"We were cuddling on his bed, as we do, and I asked him if he maybe wanted to be more than friends, because I really like him a lot.
He said he doesn't feel comfortable yet.
But apparently he has been with Seungmin and Hyunjin and now he basically jumped at the opportunity of dating all of us... That confused me a bit." 

There are a few stray tears rolling down Felix's face but Minho catches them with his sleeve.
"Baby, how about we clear this up tonight when we chat about rules?
Maybe there was a reason or he genuinely had a change of heart, huh?
I can promise you that Binnie loves you lots and would never do anything to purposely hurt you."

The freckled boy stuffs his face into Minho's chest and mumbles, "Yeah, we can talk about it... but you'll help me, right, Hyung?"

"Anything for my baby, I only want the best for you and it is obviously in your best interest to get laid by your big buff Cha-"

Felix hurries to slap his hands in front of Minho's mouth. "I get it Hyung, shut up!"

Chan: Hey Min, you got a minute?

Minho: Yeah, I was just preparing myself for the chat we're all about to have.

Chan: This is actually what I wanted to talk to you about, specifically Jeongin related.

Minho: Oh? Is something wrong or does he not want to do it anymore?

Chan: No, no none of that, he told me that he would love to be in this kind of relationship.
There is something else though and I just want to give you a heads up.
I'm not telling you any details because it is not my story to tell, but for Jeongin sex is a sensitive subject.
He told me why a long time ago and I'm pretty sure I'm the only person he ever told.

No one in this group should ever make Jeongin uncomfortable, ever.

• Nothing happens without consent, verbal, written, I don't care as long as consent has been given
• Consent can always be taken away. If someone agrees to have sex with you but during foreplay he decides that he isn't up for it anymore, you respect it and stop!

Minho and Jisung are currently cuddling in Minho's bed as they put away their phones after telling the others goodnight.
Han being extremely squirmy, not laying still at all.
"Babe if you don't stop moving any time soon, I'm going to have to make you stop moving." Minho says in a slightly threatening tone.
Han whines and pushes his face into Minho's chest "Hyyyyuunngg I can't sleep now!"

Minho gently but firmly pulls Han's face out of his chest by his hair "Huh? Did my sweet baby get all riled up because we were talking about sex in the group?"
Han turns red and tries to get out of Minho's grasp.
"You called me a good boy..."

"Isn't that what you are? My good boy?"
Han whines again, obviously being affected by Minho's words. Even if he knows that whining won't exactly get him what he wants.

"Huh, maybe not all that good considering that I just told everyone that I don't like whiny brats, yet here you are whining my ear off."
Minho says, still not letting go of the younger’s hair.

He pulls Han closer to force him to look in his eyes, "I think I might need to remind you of those punishments we were talking about."

Han doesn't dare to make any more noises, only trying to give Minho puppy eyes to convince him to let him go.

He lets go of Han's hair and holds his head in his hands softly. "I want you to strip and sit down on the bed while I'm gone.
If it is okay for you, and you can tell me if it isn't, I would like to go to Lixie's room and ask him if he wants to watch.

Han says with more confidence, though still a little uneasy.

"How about this, you don't strip while I'm getting Felix, just sit here and look cute. If he agrees to come watch,

Han nods, seemingly liking the change of plans.

Minho frowns and gives Han a small bonk on the head with his hand.
"Idiot, your comfort goes over anything. You didn't ruin my plans, you made them better, because now I know that you are comfortable with them, love."

"Okay okay, no need to hit me", Han says as he rubs the spot on his head, smiling tho because it didn't actually hurt.

As Minho is leaving the room to get Felix he squints his eyes at Han, "There is more where that came from and you know it!".

~in Felix's room~

Minho knocks softly on Felix's door before gently pushing it open. He finds Felix sitting on his bed, scrolling on his phone, probably on TikTok.

"Hey Lixie, got a minute?" Minho asks, stepping inside and closing the door behind him.

Felix looks up, surprised but smiles. "Minho Hyung! Yeah, come in. What's up?"

Minho walks over and sits on the edge of Felix's bed, facing him. "So, Hannie and I were just talking, and he was a little squirmy after our chat about the rules.
It kind of led to him needing a punishment, you know how he is..." Minho pauses, watching Felix's reaction.

Felix's eyes widened slightly. "Oh?" he asks, intrigued but a little bit confused as to why Minho is telling him all this.

"Yeah," Minho continues, a slight smirk playing on his lips. "And when I mentioned punishments earlier, you seemed pretty interested in how it works.

Both Han and Felix nod their heads eagerly, eyes fixed on Minho.

Felix crawls forward, curling up on Minho's other side carefully. Minho pulls them both in, one arm around each of them.
“See?” he says, kissing the tops of their heads. “Everything’s better when we take care of each other.”

“Hyung,” Jeongin huffed, holding the hoodie up for everyone in the living room to see. “Look at it. Look at what you did. You ruined my hoodie!”

Felix, curled up next to Minho, peeked over and immediately smiled. “Aww, it’s so cute! You would look like a cute strawberry milkshake if you wore that.”

“That’s not the point,” Jeongin groaned, tossing the hoodie onto Minho’s lap. “It used to be white. White! And now—”

“It’s better,” Minho interrupted, patting the seat beside him. “Come here, let me put it on you, baby.”

Then Minho leans down to Jeongin’s ear and whispers, “If you are still sad about the hoodie, hyung will buy you a new pretty white hoodie, baby boy”

And suddenly Jeongin's cheeks do have the same color as his hoodie.

Minho sneakily reaches for his phone. “Smile for the camera, strawberry.”

Before Jeongin could protest, he snapped a quick photo.
“Hyung!” Jeongin reached for the phone, but Minho easily leaned back, grinning like a Cheshire Cat.

“Too late, it’s already saved,” Minho said, showing Felix, who immediately let out an exaggerated gasp.
“Cutie Innie!”

From the kitchen, Seungmin wandered in with a mug full of tea, eyeing Jeongin up and down. “Adorable.”

Jeongin cries out, “Not you too hyung, you are all terrible people!”

“Oh yeah, we are sooo terrible. Doting on our beloved maknae and telling him that he looks absolutely adorable. How dare we!” Minho mocks Jeongin’s complaints, holding the back of his hand to his forehead.

In the 3Racha+Hyunjin Dorm, Chan is sitting at his desk, working on some tracks, which he probably wouldn’t release for another few years. 
He has his big headphones on and doesn’t notice his little squirrel-looking roommate sneaking into his room.

He tiptoes across the room and taps Chan on the shoulder.

"Oh! Hannie, you scared me.” Chan pulled his headphones down, hand flying instinctively to his chest. “What brings you in here, huh?” he asked, fully turning his chair towards Han.

Instead of answering right away, Han plopped himself onto Chan’s lap, straddling him and curling into his chest like it was the most natural thing in the world. Chan blinked in surprise, but his arms immediately went around him.

“You good, bud?” he asked, brushing a hand gently through Jisung’s hair.

Chan hummed, resting his chin lightly on the younger’s head. “I always have time for those.”

After a few seconds of comfortable silence Han quietly speaks up again, “... Maybe I also wanted to talk about something.”

Chan chuckles, he already expected that something was up. “That I also always have time for. Go on, I’m  listening.”

Han hesitated, then admitted, “So… Minho hyung and Lixie and I… did some stuff the other night, you know?” His ears turned bright red.

Chan’s eyebrows lifted slightly in curiosity, brushing Han’s hair back. “Yeah, you did? You wanna talk about it?”

Han nodded quickly, curling tighter into him. “It was… good. Really good. But also kinda scary? Like, not that I was afraid of Minho hyung or Lixie, or of what we were doing. 
Just… my chest got tight at first, and I was overthinking everything. I was questioning whether Lixie would be comfortable and if he actually wanted to join us and if he might not like me anymore after seeing it.”

“Did you tell Minho?” Chan asks, hoping that Han communicated his fears.

Han nods, “Yeah I did, he changed his plans a little bit and when Lix agreed to join us, he told us both exactly what he would do. That helped a lot. I kept checking on Lix, but he looked more intrigued than anything. When hyung was done with explaining, I wasn’t overthinking at all anymore and was able to let go”

Chan hummed softly, rocking him a little. “That makes sense. New things can feel overwhelming like that, especially with your anxiety. But you felt safe in the end, that’s most important.”

Han’s voice dropped. “What if I was too anxious?”

Chan frowned, tipping his chin up so their eyes met. “Hannie, everyone in the group knows that you tend to overthink sometimes, and everyone still adores you so so much.
If Minho and Felix thought you were too unsure, they would’ve told you. 
You three would have had a thorough conversation about boundaries, that’s nice too.
But you calmed down, collected your thoughts, made sure that everyone was comfortable and you enjoyed it, right?”

Han nodded shyly.

“Then that’s all that matters,” Chan said firmly, pressing a kiss to the top of his head. “Don’t let your brain trick you into thinking you’re a burden,” Then he kissed his cheek. “Because you’re not.” Finally, he gave him a soft kiss on the lips.

Han sighed, melting a little more into his hyung’s shoulder. “You always know what to say…”

Chan chuckled. “That’s because I know you. Better than you think, baby.”

Han laughed softly, then added, “Still… Thanks for letting me talk about it. And for the cuddles.”

“Anytime,” Chan said warmly. “You don’t need an excuse to climb into my lap, you know.”

Chan: Good, Innie is with me. I want you all to understand that this is a serious subject, so I don't want any jokes about this, not today and not any other day.

Minho: Of course Innie, you tell me if anyone makes fun of you, okay? They are going to have to deal with me.

Jeongin: Uhm I don't really know how to start this 

Chan: Start at the beginning hunny, who are you going to talk about?

Jeongin: Okay, so I have this relative. I don't think I have mentioned him before, and I don’t really want to say exactly who it is.

Felix: You don’t have to, sweetie.

Jeongin: Uhm when I was I think 14, he started texting me a lot, more than usual. At first it was normal stuff but then it became weird.

Jeongin: He sent weird pictures, like memes but with inappropriate meanings. I didn’t even understand a lot of them to be honest. And he also texted me inappropriate stuff about me.

Jeongin: At some point he started sending real uhm… 

Chan: Adult videos. 

Jeongin: Yeah, that. He also texted stuff about the videos, but I never bothered to really look at what he sent. Just the notification of his messages made me feel icky. I swiped the notification away, but it was still there in my head.

Jeongin: I swear I never texted him back! Since he sent the first weird message, I stopped answering him! I tried to just ignore him! I thought he would get it at some point, I hoped he would stop, but he didn't.

Jeongin: But I could've done a better job protecting myself…

Chan: You were 14 when this started, you were a child, barely a teenager. You didn't really understand what was going on, did you?

Felix: So it continued even when you debuted?! Four Years?!

Jeongin: Yeah, at 18 I got the courage to block him, but he tried other platforms, actually the last time he tried contacting me was when I was 19, but I just blocked him and deleted the messages.
He also sent letters to my parents house and stuff.

Changbin: Do your parents know?

Jeongin: Uhm that's something I don't really want to elaborate much on. But yeah they knew towards the end, but they didn't really do anything about it, because it would cause drama in our family. They allowed me to distance myself from him now though, so it's okay.

Jeongin: That being said, I don't want you to be mad at them. I'm not mad at them anymore either.

Hyunjin: We'll try.

Jeongin: That's basically it, there are a few other things that happened but I don't wanna get too much into detail. He never… you know… touched me like that or anything, so it's really not as bad as I make it. But those 4 years really put a lot of stress on my brain. 

Jeongin: For a while I got nauseous whenever the subject sex came up, because I had to think about this. About how this man is having these thoughts about me. 

Jeongin: It's really not as bad anymore, you can talk about it, it just gets uncomfortable whenever I get too involved. I do believe that the more I see everyone being comfortable about this, the more I will be comfortable as well. I think at this point, I'm not even completely opposed to kissing… maybe. I think I'm fine with everything until I'm not.

~Chan’s Room~

“Do you really feel better? Did we do everything okay?” Chan asks in good old concerned-hyung fashion before Jeongin can slip out of his arms and go over to the other dorm to look for Seungmin.

Jeongin giggles at how worried Chan is, which automatically seems to calm the older. “Hyung, I really feel relieved after this conversation. There is nothing any of you could have done better. I wasn’t lying when I said that you all make me feel really comfortable.”

Chan gives the maknae one last pat on the back. “Okay, sweetheart. I just wanted to make sure, if you ever have any other problems you can always come to me, yeah? Hyung will take care of it or at least help you.” He says in a slightly more serious tone.

“Now go and get yourself some Seungminnie-hugs.” he smiles.

Jeongin decides this is the perfect moment to give Chan one of his very rare self-initiated hugs, and does just that. “I know that. Thank you for being the best hyung to all of us.”Then he runs off, leaving Chan too stunned to speak.  

~Seungmin’s room~

Jeongin knocks on Seungmin’s door, but doesn’t get an answer. He knows that he is in there, because Minho told him as he walked past him. After knocking a second time, a bit louder, and still not getting an answer, he decides to open the door slowly. “Seungminnie hyung?” he calls softly.

The lights are off except for the dim glow of the desk lamp, and Seungmin is curled up on his bed, his back facing the door. He doesn’t respond.

Jeongin steps inside anyway, quietly closing the door behind him. “I wanted to see you,” he says, voice gentler than he even meant it to be. “You stopped writing in the chat, and I thought maybe I should...”

He trails off when he sees Seungmin’s shoulders shake almost imperceptibly.

“Seungmin hyung?” Jeongin says again, alarm creeping in.

“…I’m fine,” comes the muffled response.

“You don’t really sound fine.”

Jeongin walks over slowly, rounds the bed, kneels down and looks up until he sees Seungmin’s face. Eyes red, lashes wet, lips pressed tight in an effort to keep it all together.

“Hyung…” Jeongin whispers, he feels something inside him breaking.

Seungmin flinches at the word, but only slightly. “You shouldn’t be comforting me ,” he mutters. “I shouldn’t need it. Not after what you told us. You should be getting comforted.”

Jeongin climbs up onto the bed without hesitation, sitting cross-legged beside him. “What’s that supposed to mean? You are obviously sad right now, and I wanna comfort you.”

“I knew,” Seungmin says bitterly. “Or at least... I had a feeling. I kept thinking something wasn’t right with you. The way you were being so quiet at times, how you kept dodging certain topics. I knew something was wrong, just not what. That’s why I don’t deserve your comfort now.”

“You didn’t know what was going on though,” Jeongin says softly.

“I knew enough to ask. And I didn’t. Because I thought ‘Jeongin would tell me if he needed help.’ And I let it go. I didn’t want to push you. But I should have.”

Jeongin lies down beside him, facing him, close enough that their knees brush. “I don’t think I would have wanted you to push me, back then at least. Also, you were young too, hyung. Everyone says I was too young to be responsible, so were you. And you were always careful with my boundaries. I’m actually very thankful for that, I could always get comfort from you without you necessarily asking what was wrong.”

“But I still let you suffer.” Seungmin’s voice breaks.

“No,” Jeongin says, reaching out to take his hand. “The person who did that to me is the only one who let me ‘suffer’. You were one of the people who gave me comfort and a feeling of safety. Even back then.”

“But I didn’t do anything-”

Jeongin cut him off, “You were there. You sat with me when I was quiet, gave me space when I was overwhelmed. You sometimes even changed the topic of a conversation when you assumed that I was uncomfortable, don’t think I didn’t notice that. I remembered every one of those moments, Seungmin. I still do.”

Seungmin finally turns to fully face him, tears spilling now. “I just keep thinking I should’ve known better.”

“I know that feeling,” Jeongin says, squeezing his hand. “It’s the same one I’ve had for a long time. That I should’ve done better or said something earlier. I’m still working on getting rid of that guilt. But I guess the hyungs are right, this isn’t mine or your fault. We just have to learn to understand that.”

They lie there in silence for a while.

Eventually, Seungmin shifts forward and wraps his arms around Jeongin tightly, like he’s trying to hold him in place, as if he’s scared he’ll slip away.

Jeongin doesn’t hesitate to hug him back, burying his face into Seungmin’s shoulder. “You’re still one of the people I feel safest with. I don’t think that will ever change,” he murmurs.

“You’re one of mine too,” Seungmin replies, voice raw. “I’m gonna  try to do better from now on. Protect you better.”

Jeongin smiles faintly against his shirt. “Just stay the way you are. That would be more than enough already, hyung.”

They stay like that for another moment, clinging to each other as if the world outside doesn’t exist.

Then Jeongin gently shifts back a little. “Ah, wait,” he says, reaching for his phone, which had been shoved into his back pocket. “The others were asking about you… I should let them know you’re okay.”

Seungmin blinks, slowly pulling back as well. “Oh. Right. They were probably worried.”

Jeongin unlocks his phone and sees the chat still open, with a few more messages from the others since he left Chan’s room.

Han: Too cute 😭

Minho: Hey, talking about brats, where is Seungminnie?

Felix: Oh yeah, he hasn’t been texting 🙁💔

Jeongin: I'll go look for him.

Changbin: … Did both of them disappear now?

Han: If they were anyone else from this group, I would assume that they are busy making out or something. Don’t know what they’re up to tho.

Chan: They are probably talking, Han. You know? The way normal people do?

Jeongin: First of all, ew Han.

Jeongin: Secondly, I found him and we talked. I think the both of us just kind of need time to process all of this. I just told the most important people in my life about… this… and he kind of blames himself a bit for not noticing.

Jeongin smiles a little to himself as he sends the last message and puts his phone down on the bedside table.

“They’re being big softies and love us both a lot,” he murmurs.

Seungmin hums. “Even Minho?”

Jeongin giggles. “Especially Minho… In his own very special way.”

Then he lets out a long breath. “Thanks for telling them. I didn’t mean to worry anyone. I just didn’t know what to do with myself."

“It’s okay,” Jeongin replies, brushing a bit of hair out of Seungmin’s eyes. “You are allowed to feel this way. We all are.”

Seungmin gazes at him for a second too long. “You’ve gotten really mature, you know that?”

Jeongin smiles, a little bashful now. “I had to. You are not the only one getting older, you know? But I’ll always be your Jeonginnie."

Seungmin pulls him back into a hug without warning. “Good. I wouldn’t want you to be anyone else.”
