The summary for Howl’s moving castle is down below! (If you don’t want spoilers, don’t read it)
Sophie, a young milliner and eldest of three sisters, encounters a wizard named Howl on her way to visit her sister Lettie. Upon returning home, she meets the Witch of the Waste, who transforms her into a 90-year-old woman. Seeking to break the curse, Sophie leaves home and sets off through the countryside.
She meets a living scarecrow, whom she calls "Turnip Head".
He leads her to Howl's moving castle, which she enters without invitation. She subsequently meets Howl's young apprentice Markl and a fire demon named Calcifer, the source of the castle's magic and movement. Calcifer makes a deal with Sophie, agreeing to break her curse if she breaks his link with Howl. When Howl appears, Sophie announces that she has
"hired herself" as a cleaning lady.
Meanwhile, Sophie's nation is caught up in a war with a neighboring kingdom, which is searching for its missing prince.
The King summons Howl to fight in the war. However, Howl decides to send Sophie to the King, under the pretense of being his mother, to tell him that Howl is too much of a coward to fight. Before leaving, he gives Sophie a charmed ring that leads her to Calcifer and guarantees her safety. Sophie meets Suliman, the king's head sorceress, and also the Witch of the Waste, whom Suliman punishes by draining all of her power and reverting her to her true age, thus reducing her into a harmless and very elderly woman. Suliman warns Sophie that Howl will meet the same fate if he does not fight for the King.
Howl then arrives to rescue Sophie. Suliman tries to trap him by turning him into a monster, but with Sophie's help, he remembers himself and just barely avoids death. The duo escapes along with the Witch of the Waste and Suliman's dog Heen. Soldiers break into the homes of both Jenkins and Pendragon (Howl's two aliases), finding them to be nothing more than abandoned buildings in disguise; the castle's magical door had allowed travel through both false shopfronts.
Sophie learns that Howl's life is somehow bound to Calcifer's and that Howl has been transforming into a bird-like creature to interfere with both sides in the war, but each transformation makes it more difficult for him to return to human form. Howl then has the castle magically linked to Sophie's home, parking the castle itself on the town's outskirts. A few days later, the town is bombed by enemy aircraft and Suliman's henchmen attack the house and Sophie's hat shop. Howl heads out to protect the group. Sophie then moves everyone out of the house and removes Calcifer from the fireplace, which collapses the castle. The Witch of the Waste realizes that Calcifer has Howl's heart and grabs the fire demon, setting herself on fire. Sophie panics and pours water onto the Witch, which douses Calcifer.
The remainder of the castle then splits in two; Sophie falls down a chasm and is separated from the group.
Following the charmed ring, Sophie wanders into a scene from the past, where she sees a young Howl catch a falling star - Calcifer - and give him his heart. Sophie calls for them to find her in the future as she is teleported away. She returns to the present, finds Howl, and they reunite with the others. The Witch returns Howl's heart, and Sophie places it back inside Howl, reviving him and freeing Calcifer, though he decides to stay. Sophie's curse is broken, though her hair remains silver.
After she kisses Turnip Head on the cheek, he returns to human form, revealing himself to be Justin, the missing prince from the enemy kingdom. He reveals that only his true love's kiss can break his curse. After seeing Sophie's affection lies with Howl, he promptly heads for home to cease the war, but promises he will see them again. Suliman, watching through a crystal globe, also decides to end the war. Sometime later, bombers fly under dark skies over a recovered and green countryside headed to another war, while Sophie, Howl, and the others travel in the opposite direction in a new flying castle. As the castle soars away, Howl and Sophie kiss on the castle's balcony.

Chapter Text
Lumine looked out the window, staring outside to the billowing smoke of the passing train. She sat, weaving hats and accessories, her tired gaze following the stitch.
From the other room, girls chattered about going out, laughter echoing into Lumine’s ears. She never truly minded him, yet her ears perked up when one screamed.
"Look! It's Venti's castle!” She heard a voice exclaim, as the sound of clacking shoes meant that every girl ran towards the window.
As the smoke cleared , Lumine could see a moving castle shrouded by the low hanging clouds, walking ever so close to town.
''I’d never seen it so close!”
Another whispered dramaticly.
Venti was well known in the city of Mondstadt. He was the wizard who stole hearts and ate them, so the rumors said. Lunine, personally, did not care for the rumor.
Yet she was intrigued by his castle.
But she was done for the day. With a deft hand, she cleaned her area, sorting the finished hats into their respective boxes.
She sighed, standing up to walk anay, out of the door and into the bustling, cheerful street. The chuff of a train passed her right, while a flock of music playing gentlemen passed her left. Gosh, She thought whilst dodging a group of running children.
“Did you hear? Venti's castle was spotted near Mondstadt".” one pausing
whispered to his friend.
"Really? He's never been this close. Think something happened?"
“I dunno. Venti’s never been this close though. “
“Think he’ll come into town?”
“Or steal the heart of another lady?”
“Psh, don’t believe in everything they say!”
“It’s hard not too!”
Lumine shook her head, running in the other direction, away from the rumors. She found it weird, the rumors around the wizard Venti. He was avays moving, never seen, only his moving castle. Constantly hiding, and always known. Whenever his castle came into view, everyone always was thrown into a state of worry.
Even their acting mayor, Jean, always got stressed out whenever her citizens came over with reports of Venti nearing close.
For Lumine, it was nothing now, yet the fact that he was closer than normal troubled her.
No-one had seen him either, so…
Nevermind. She was visiting her brother, so there was obviously more important things to worry about.
As she stumbled her way through the crowds of celebrating people, she caught glimpses of dancing fellows, and royal guards marching away.
“Wow, this festival is very—oof!”
Lumine had walked off into a deserted alleyway, only to knock into a pair of guards. One, with golden hair and hazel eyes, and the other wearing a thick beard and solemn face.
“Eh? It’s a little lady!” One exclaimed, bending down to Lumine’s level, eyes peering intently at her.
“Ah. Little lady, are you lost? Care for a drink?”
“N-no. I’m visiting my brother.”
“He can wait, y’know, I’m sure of that.”
“No thank you! I must be off, truly—“
“No, no, let’s treat you to a drink, I said I’m sure your—“
“There you are, sweetheart, sorry I'm late. I was looking everywhere for you.”
A voice interrupted them both, as a figure appeared behind Lumine, softly resting their hands on her shoulders, the feeling of a coat tickling her back.
She only turns a little, to see a man with raven black hair and two matching fading teal braids. His eyes are the color of deep ocean teal blue, and they shone along with his earrings and necklace.
She swore she saw the glimpse of a glow on the man’s ring, but it had faded the second she looked again at it.
His coat was a pattern of black and forest green diamonds with ends of lemon yellow patterns, and his shirt was clipped with a crystal brown black and cream tie.
“Hey, hey! We're busy here!” One of the soldiers stutter, waving their hands at Lumine.
“Are you really? To me, it looked like the two of you were just leaving.”
With a simple wave of the man’s hand, the guards in front of her had straightened up stiffly, eyes widening in definite surprise.
The man flicked his hand once more, and the two marched away, yelling at the other in confusion.
Lumine was still in shock, yet thought of it lightly.
“Don’t hold it against them, their actually not all that bad.”
“Where to? I’ll be your escort this evening.” The man smiles at her, those alluring teal eyes of his drawing Lumine in. She blinks, shaking her head lightly to draw out the thoughts.
“Just the Bakery. I’ll be visiting my brother there.”
“Don't be alarmed, but I'm being followed. Act normal."
Sophie straightened upwards, cartoonishly flying up in a stiff stance, before looking directly forward as they walked on.
Her mind still raced with questions. Who was this man? Why were they here? A wizard, maybe?
Yet the most important one was, who was following them?
This man carried himself with such pride and care, that he walked confidently with Lumine, without the fear of being followed. It was strange, Lumine had to admit.
Yet suddenly, there was a chill, as Lumine turned around to see black, hat dressed blobs with button-like eyes dragging themselves after the pair.
“Sorry,” the man mumurs, walking even faster.
“Looks like you’re involved.” Lumine jumps again, averting her longing gaze to pick up her slow pace.
From the other side, more blob like beings appear from the walls, closing in on the two. Lumine gasps, as she feels the man tug as he pulls her down another path.
“This way,” he utters, turning sharply, Lumine’s shoes flying off the ground as she breezed around.
All of a sudden, the pace quickens to a half-jog, as the blob behind them morphs closely as they race after them, feeling the horror and chill from Lumine’s back.
Once again, the blob-men appear in front of the stairs, blocking their way out. As the man starts running, he holds her waist tighter, whispering the words,
“Hold on.”
Lumine feels lighter as she and him fly skywards into the air, high above the roofs of the city. She knows it defies all logic, all rules, but this man, must’ve been the cause.
So, that meant he was a wizard. He must be. The man is continuing to smile warmly, staring at the ground below.
“Now, straighten your legs and start walking,” he speaks normally, like walking on air was a completely normal thing to do. She shakily nods, straightening her trembling legs as she starts imitating walking.
It’s all a joyful thing, Lumine thinks, walking on air with a charming gentleman. He and her walk in sync, both walking over dancing crowds and chattering soldiers.
The distance of below ground wasn’t that big, yet it was high enough to the point of roofs were a good few feet down.
“See? Not so hard, is it?” He whispers into her ear, his hair flying ever so gracefully in the wind.
“You’re a natural.”
He and her walk for a long while, just a simple walk in the air, the wind dancing through her dress. Lumine had gaped at the man quite a few times, but thought of it nothing more than a lucid dream.
Lumine blinked and suddenly, they had reached the balcony of the shop. She had not thought anything was real, yet still…it all felt wonderful.
Yet he gracefully drops her to the balcony, bowing in a half courtesy, and smiling warmly.
“You should be safe now. I’ll try and draw them away, but wait a bit before you head back outside.”
“Okay,” Lumine automatically responds, letting go of his hand lightly.
“That’s my girl.”
