Don't Call My Name

Summary:

Many years ago, what many believed was an illness swept across the world's children. While many weren't infected, strange things began to happen to those who were. strange abilities, later called quirks, popped up amongst them, whether that be skin that glowed as bright as the sun, cryokinesis, telekinesis, and many more.

And as quirks became more common, many began to use them for both good... and evil. Those who used it for evil became villains, and those whom the government deemed able to fight them, heroes. There are four quirk statuses: Emitter, Transformation, Mutant and Quirkless. As the years went by, fewer and fewer of the population born without a quirk began to decline. Now, almost a century after quirks started to appear, only twenty percent of the population is quirkless, with the majority being older.

I, Izuku Midoriya, am part of the percentage. And my dream is to be a hero.

Chapter Text

Now, almost a century after quirks began to appear, only twenty percent of the population is quirkless, the majority of them being older.

I, Izuku Midoriya, am part of the percentage. And my dream is to be a hero.

Notes:

So basically, to explain the "Izuku has a quirk" tag... Inko gaslights Izuku into believing he's quirkless when he actually has a quirk (still figuring out what it is) and since he's quirkless on all official paperwork, people don't believe he has a quirk, and eventually he kinda just pushes those thoughts to the back of his mind.

i'll explain it better when i get to it.
