I know you have a ton of other requests, but when you can and if you feel like it maybe you could make one where Genya is sick, maybe in an AU where they've already talked and are trying to be the brothers they were before but Genya is still afraid of screwing up and that Sanemi will abandon him (because our poor boy has trauma and abandonment issues) and Sanemi is still afraid of screwing up as an older brother and all that.
So maybe Genya gets really sick, that he's really hurt, but he hides it because he thinks admitting to "weakness" or needing some kind of care means being a burden and he doesn't want Sanemi to resent him or some nonsense like that, but Sanemi eventually notices, if it's because of something dramatic like Genya fainting or if it's just Sanemi's older brother instincts I don't know, but the fact is that he notices the problem and takes care of his little brother while assuring him that he's not going anywhere.
I also think it would be funny to see Sanemi realizing that he's now the older brother of a stupid teenager, because 10-year-old Genya would NEVER have done something as stupid as hiding something like that from him LOL
