She’s very naive and is only thinking about the court life. Girl doesn’t understand that literally thousands of people in fairly recent-ish history were murdered in the Red Keep.
Winterfell is thousands of years old and has old ghosts, but they are old. The Red Keep was built only about 250 years ago, but the first act of Maegor the Cruel after completion was to execute all the workers/builders/architects. And many people were also killed in the keep during the Mad Kings era. So it has seen a lot more deaths in recent history.
