  1. An excellent premise that is written well, I am certainly looking forward to this one. Already patches over some of GRRM’s minor mistakes (the wisest king marrying the heir to the throne’s heir to an incredibly ambitious lord). Very interested to see where this goes, especially regarding the magic side of things that a true Valyrian Dragonlord could pull off. Though would also be good to see his perspective on things he prefers in Westeros to Valyria (i.e some kingdoms of Westeros were stable and existing through the whole of Valyria’s rise and fall, probably due to very stabilising elements like the Faith, Citadel, chivalry, etc). Looking forward to this one, can’t wait to read what you write!

    1. I'm glad you like it. Came about in a bout of inspiration, and it'd be cool to see how a Valyrian sorcerer lord reacts to the future of their family.

Stay tuned to see what magic he could pull off. We've already seen that he can hatch eggs, bind unbound/unridden dragons to his family, and use a glass candle pretty easily. He's also powerful enough to take on and obliterate the Faceless Men, so his arcane abilities are unprecedented for anyone living at this point in time, though he'd be considered pretty average compared to a true mage, like his wife Daenys was. We'll explore his past life more too. For consideration (and a bit of a spoiler), if this was the Dune universe, I consider Daenys a Bene Gessarit level seer.

Please do stay tuned, and keep commenting as the chapters come out.

Also, do check out my other stories, After the Dragons Danced and Intractable (ASOIAF Daemon Targaryen/Lady Mysaria AU). Hope you like them too.
