  1. Absolutely. Yes, she suffered greatly and been wedded to a man twice her age. She was maritally raped too. But, why would you want something so awful happening to every woman that you know? That is just... Wrong.
Yet Helaena is not miserable at all lol... Alicent can cry about it heheh.

        1. Like, she's just a mess of trauma and protection. She's a victim, no one is denying that, but she's also a piece of shit. She betrayed Rhaenyra (who was possibly the woman she loved) by marrying with Viserys, she traumatized most of her children INCLUDING Aegon and alianated them from Rhaenyra whenever she could.
She tried to steal the throne for her house. And I can go on and on

          1. Yes, she is a victim and she wants everyone, including her children, to be victims too. She tried to marry Helaena to Aegon. Aegon is a drunkard man-whore. I feel so sorry for canon Helaena. The humiliation, the possible std's, maritial rape and obvious cheating everyday... So hard, for a kind joyous young woman (actually, little girl, in the books. She was so young when they got married it made me sick. Helaena deserves sooo much better)
Therefore, in this fanfic I thought, what if Helaena and Jacaerys actually do get married? I always thought they would make a fine couple and Jace would be so much kinder to her. So, here we are.
Well, Targtowers are just broken children. They are not loved by their mothers and their fathers don't even care they exist. Tragic.
And what Alicent does? She makes her kids hate Rhenyra, even if she didn't actually do anything to harm them. Wel... Alicent, such a bad person :(.
Sorry for the late reply btw.
