I can’t believe you actually aknolged the fact that there in a musical made by Disney.

  Considering how many songs in Tangled's soundtrack are amazing (Alan Menkin is a musical genius and hiring him was one of the best decisions Disney ever made), I would have felt weird NOT including the songs in some way.
  
  That said, the Turtles singing seems a bit OOC for them (except for Mikey, that seems like something he'd do). Hence why they'll mainly be bystanders for the songs.
