      To be fair, in his mind “this guy” is going after his sister (well, eventual adopted sister). They kind of have the same goal: to get their respective sister back from the influence of an evil villain.

      The peach has appeared! He is a big silly with a big scheme.
      Oh don’t you worry, I play with the canon storyline, but THAT is a certified Canon Event.
