    Hera had been sat by Athena for hours, watching her toss and turn, unable to leave. Suddenly, she saw Athenas eyes open and after a moment she tried to sit up. "None of that," she said kindly but firmly, "You need to rest, you're still running a fever." // aka Hera is the best mother ever and practically adopted Athena & I love that (sorry Metis, ily too but you didn’t rlly get a chance to be a mother rip💔)

    "Mama?" (…) if Athena was hallucinating her mother then she would damn well make it a pleasant experience. // 1) Athena OWWWWW POOR OWL she’s so sick and in need of comfort that she’s hallucinating her mother and it’s so tragic POOKIE HELP & 2) I knew she was hallucinating, I knew it since the last chapter, yet it still hurts :(

    "Who is…" Hera muttered quietly she didn't even know Athena had a parent other than Zeus, "I'm sorry baby, I couldn't come with you, but I'm here now." // Hera is code switching so quickly i love her sm

    "Will you stay?" // Yes Hera WILL stay because she LOVES her adoptive daughter (please tell me Athena isn’t going to lose someone close to her again, even if it isn’t by death)
