    Very well written and you really portrayed how scared and out of place she feels. Like even basic technology would be a shock. Nevermind thinking in how to pay bills. And realistic that she isn't a fighter so she can't help Caleb or really do her job.
    It must be terrifying.

    The date as well - shock for her as she's in an au world and in the future and for Zayne she's obviously has something wrong with her.
