Comment on Heart of Darkness

  1. *Low whistle* Holy shit this chapter! My god I swear my stomach dropped just as Tywin's did! I feel so bad for him here, looking around for any help and all and receiving none 0A0
I really enjoyed the way you described the other lords as well and Tywin was just perfect! I could see show & book Tywin thinking/feeling the same in this situation.
Ohh and the ending, I love how Ned lowers his head and turns away. Is his honor catching up to him? Is he starting to see how wrong this is? That he can't even face it and watch his own order through like he's been taught?
I can't wait for the next chapter, and to see who's POV it'll be in~

    1. Thanks so much! :)
I think Ned was never quite 100% on board with his decision, feeling detached and like a stranger to himself, which is why he already knows it was a terrible decision even while the whole thing is still unfolding.

      1. Your welcome! <3

And oh alright, that explains his reaction.

By the way, do you have Discord by any chance? It's a chat site and if you have it I was thinking we could try a little roll-playing if you'd like? Maybe something small like the guard spanking Tyrion? I could write the guard and you could write Tyrion & Tywin?

        1. Sorry, I don't have Discord. I could download it, but to be honest, I'm not very good at rp-ing, nor do I enjoy it much. I think it mainly has to do with the way I write. I tend to do a lot of rewriting for my fics. I guess I'm just not very good at coming up with spontaneous reactions that I'm satisfied with.

          1. Ah okay that's fine, I understand! rp-ing isn't for everyone and if it doesn't suit you then I wouldn't want to push you into it.
Instead would you like to hear my thoughts for the guard? I can put them in the next note if you'd prefer so we don't fill the comment section here?
