He absolutely glued himself to Mav during the pregnancy, talking to the belly like Jake could already hear him, fully convinced he was also expecting. And once Jake was born? he was only a calm baby when Bradley was nearby, which Carole and Mav still gush about to this day 🥹
Meanwhile Goose and Ice were exchanging those very specific ‘are we worried or proud?’ dad looks, and Slider was just living his best life playing with the pups because he’s secretly the biggest softie for his nephews
Jake and Bradley being inseparable growing up is canon in my head and Jake throwing an absolute tantrum over Bradley’s first date because ‘that guy smells awful’ and ‘this is unacceptable’ 😂 Bradley being Jake’s first kiss just makes sense, honestly. From there it was always going to be this: mated, ridiculously in love, with the cutest pups that Goose and Ice spoil shamelessly… while Slider trains them to be tiny agents of chaos as payback for all the emotional damage their parents caused 😭

Roo and subtle do NOT go together lol he's too damn big and his giant puppy eyes kill people each and every time lol Brads literally let everyone know when Mav was pregnant, the gender of the baby, etc. Hell, he probably knew Mav was in labor before Mav himself even knew. everyone thought it was cute at first, but they were hella concerned by the end of the pregnancy and how he tried following his uncles into the delivery room (Mav was trying so hard not to scare him, but he it was hard as hell). they also had to try their best to keep Brad from crying and screaming down the hospital cause he wasnt allowed into the room. they had to compromise that Brad would be the first one into the room to greet the little one. MAv may have gushed afterwards but he was suffering cause Jake wouldnt calm down without Brads
they certainly had their moments and Ice joked that they were very close to kidnapping and adopting Bradley to get a full nights rest cause theyre child kept them up all damn night and it wasnt fucking funny anymore
Jake totally threw a tantrum and he looked exactly like blonde huffy Maverick (Slider was on the ground wheezing)

Or they did once and ever since it’s had beef with Bradley 😂 oh yeah baby knew his uncle was in labor before he did and there was one memorable moment where Brads knew what Mav was craving before he did and while it freaked them out, Mav cried cause baby got it right while Ice probably failed a lot and cause himself to sleep on the couch only to wake up with Mav tucked into his side and mumbling that it was lonely and cold and Ice is trying so hard not to squeeze his mate cause he was so fucking cute!!!! lol the Bradshaws are the ones amongst the flyboys who visit IceMav the most cause their baby goose is the only one who can keep mini blonde maverick quiet long enough for his parents to sleep 😴 lol I also headcanon Jake to be a very fat baby cause besides Bradley he also loved to eat. They’ve tried bottle feeding Jake at first but he hated it and cried for so long that not even Bradley could calm him. It was at a moment of panic and tears that Mav brought Jake to his chest and there was finally peace. Mav cried for so long and they made an appointment with the doctor cause they were worried for their son, only to find out that it’s normal especially for baby omegas who found their true mate
