The only thing you can effectively do against unregistered spammers is to restrict comments to signed-in members only and/or enable comment moderation in order to approve each comment individually, I'm afraid ...
Sad to say, I may end up having to do that.Meanwhile, speaking of which, I have just submitted a report of a registered spammer, whom I have also blocked.
