      Okay, so this'd be /really/ AU, but:

      I can't get over the idea of small child!Bev (like, five or so) bonding with a Pennywise who doesn't hunt people unless they're abusive and mostly sticks to animals. And Pennywise just finding her /sobbing/ a couple weeks or so after he meets her, after Alvin... you know. /Begging/ to come live with him instead. He decides to adopt her.

        That could be something. Perhaps the AU is a 1989 in which the Losers aren’t young teens, but more Georgie’s age. It’d probably be a one-off idea, but I’d be willing to give it a try. Bev and Pen are my favorites to write together, no matter what. :)

          That'd be awesome! Playing with their ages and keeping the setting update would work too, but either way, I'm psyched to read this!

          Aw, imagine Pen knowing he can't just feed her raw animals, and going out as Bob Gray to get food for her. They look alike, so no one questions it. (And if anyone does, they forget 2 seconds later.)

            I'll do my best to satisfy the idea. I've already got a working title for it- "Proxy". If you follow the collection over at FF.net, it should be up sometime in the next week (it'll be a while before AO3's ITerations catches up). For the moment, I have a 1-2-a-day upload schedule there. But after part 50, anything's fair game!
