Totally understandable! When I first learned of the premise, I was really turned off by it. However, I am a huge sucker for characters and the show hooked me, then the book. It's a very interesting concept that disturbing worlds like Gilead create diverse characters! I'm glad my writing follows that fine line, and I hope that continues! :D
