Oh good I'm so glad there some realism to this, because insurance agent, I am not. I tried to research how to become an agent and the work in general, but a lot of this comes from my personal experiences of working with my amazing claims agent after a serious car accident, so apologies if as this goes, it gets less realistic.
The burn is so, so slow. It has been described as Austen slow (by me), so hold on to your bonnet.
