   Agh, it's not creepy, but I live near Jedburgh, almost on the Scot/English Border! I think 'mad lad' is an American thing (?) I used to spend summer camp in the states and heard it a lot. I'm not sure tho! 😅

      I am a Highlander, and had to physically force myself to write 'outgoing free spirit' instead of the 'cheeky wee chappie' Roman should have been described as.
      ... but honestly soft insults like 'numpty' and 'daftie' are prime Patton dialogue i lament not being able to share with the majority of my audience XD
