I'm so glad this lived up to expectations! I worried that the flashbacks might be a bit weird, or that people might be bummed that I didn't write an actual wedding ceremony. I tried, but it just didn't feel right with the tone of the story up until then. And let's face it: the family interactions are the best part of these doofuses.
