    Wow I haven’t read a Matt fic in a while (not that their are many haha) but this one is really interesting! I really liked your depiction of Matt’s reaction at the beginning. And like you said, Matt was analytical as well comical, and scared of course too. It was really interesting to compare that to canon, where we don’t see what Matt was thinking of at all.
    I love the building up of the setting of the arena you did and how Matt sees this through a filter of dark humor, which is great characterization as always!
    Anyway this is going great and I can’t wait to read more!

      I know why there aren't many xD I'm going to have to force myself to keep posting this one :( But thank you for such a sweet comment, I'm glad there's a couple people enjoying it. Matt is a very fun character to write as he's sort of all over the place since he tends to use humor and sarcasm as coping mechanisms and deflections and it works well in a setting like the arena. We'll have to see how he fares elsewhere now ;p
