Thank you so much! I had so many wikipedia pages open trying to figure out how to describe the outfits here OTL. Also yes, it’s explained more in the next chapter but Naib was supposed to meet the Duke (Jack) but since he had walked off, Naib mistook Norton for him. Norton is indeed in a suit and he looks very dashing.
