Oh my... where do I begin. I'm not familiar with DBH at all, but the android AU fits ranwan so perfectly! The way their society functions is fascinating. You did an incredible job at world building and including roles for the other characters.
The descriptions of Chu Wanning's illness left a deep impression on me. I didn't know much about this condition until reading this; which lead me to do a bit of research into understanding what he was going through. What inspired you to chose this for him? It's very fitting. I must say, the scene where Chu Wanning is found stuck in bed for days made me cry. It was a desperate and vulnerable scene, your writing made it even more impactful.
With Mo Ran, the first thing I noticed was TXJ included in his model number (I like that you put it there) which lead me to think that - if/when he deviates - Taxian-Jun might be a part of it. Although Taxian-Jun never made an appearance, I absolutely loved watching Mo Ran develop his humanity. The small glimpses into his past were intriguing.
Overall, the interactions between ranwan melted my heart. The love put into the way Chu Wanning describes Mo Ran and his every move filled me with an emotion I can't put a name to. It's wonderful. Watching them both heal each other in different ways fills me with a feeling of both comfort, joy, and longing.
This is so well written, it's a masterpiece in my eyes. If you ever decide to continue it, I'll be here for it. Thank you for creating such a breathtaking piece. ♡

Tbh my favorite part about DBH was figuring out the universe. It’s actually a universe with a lot of detail that often gets overlooked or glossed over in the main narratives and most play throughs. But for some reason it’s a universe that I totally fell in love with! Translating it to 2ha was a dream <3 <3
So I knew when I started this fic that I wanted CWN to be suffering from a chronic illness that required android help (influenced by William Hurt’s character in the BBC show Humans lol, which is where I think DBH pulled some of their ideas from unless it’s a coincidence that they’re so similar). I originally wanted to leave the illness unnamed so I wouldn’t run the risk of failing to accurately represent a real illness, but as the fic got longer and longer I realized I needed to be more specific. So I did some research and settled on lupus, since I know from anecdotal experience from friends online that it can be debilitating. I hope that the struggle is accurately portrayed here! Of course everyone’s experience with any illness is unique.
Yes TXJ is in the serial number! My Headcanon for this is that TXJ is actually somewhat a part of MR already, maybe a bit like a split personality but not really, more like MR just has the capability of becoming TXJ if he’s pushed far enough. Due to the fact that he was mistreated very badly and he remembers all his past lives. That’s pretty traumatic T__T. So I think this version of MR is most like post canon MR where he and TXJ have integrated almost entirely, as meatbun explained in that one tweet from forever ago lol. It makes sense in my head haha.
