          The strait up logs are not from her, the logs are from Dr. J. Markle. The glitching letters when spelled out into messages, are from her. They're from a moment that SH (Subject H) experienced in her capture, but she doesn't know what she left behind in the logs (the hidden messages). To rouge and omega they're just glitches due to the logs being over fifty years old.
