    Okay whoa. As someone who has woken up in a similar circumstance before and has had friends in similar circumstances, it's fully shitty for Jason to be pissed at Dick. I know this is an old fic but just in case someone sees this. Dick wakes up terrified and comes to the wrong conclusions but like. When someone is roofied, there is no room for rational thought the next morning. There is no room for blind trust.

      (Sorry that happened to you; sounds like a rough time.) It's not exactly 'blind' trust when it's someone you know, though. I'm not trying to minimize your point of view or anything, but it's not that black and white either. Dick's got the right to ask, but I think Jason's got the right to be hurt to be asked, too. Everyone involved could have handled things better.

        I get what you’re saying and I understand why someone would be hurt. But I still think the way Jason responded was way overboard considering dick’s state of mind. But yeah for me and I’d bet a lot of rape victims you would have to blindly trust someone to wake up in that situation and not have your mind jump there. It would not matter how well I knew the person. It would not matter if it was my best friend. This is just fanfic so I don’t want this to come off as a criticism or anything, but just a different perspective than some of the other commenters who seem to either be mad at dick/don’t sympathize with him.
