Yes, I am still working on this, writers block has just been hitting me like crazy! Thank you for the suggestion, though! I don't think I'll be able to make a full story out of it but I'll add it to my list of little short stories to compile in one long chapter! (Also yes, I think Toby does have Tourettes in some form, but I can't be for sure)
