The way I see it, it's *your* fanfiction and you can write in whatever you want. If people just want to keep reading cannon then that's what they can do. I enjoy cannon as much as the next person but I certainly don't mind people taking poetic license. This is about creativity using characters and loose story lines to create new stories and situations using characters we love or love to hate. I enjoy the stories I've read from you so far and I am enjoying this one as well. Keep writing!
