Thank you for reading! I don't think they were trying for OHMSS parallels more than any others, with Spectre. And I suppose the blue ending is the moment when Madeleine walks away and Bond is left with the Six Squad. That makes the final scene of te film the red ending, more in line with the more light-hearted classic movies (like that one that ends with sex in a submarine? I'm afraid I don't remember the title. Classic Bond is very much not my thing.)
