  1. You are a lovely, wonderful person for saying so :D did I say lovely? I’ll say it again.

“an exorcism of demons” - this a thousand times yes, there’s nothing like a tightly-wound, carefully controlled character who protects the people he cares about with his “outlets”. They always seem to have an element of distorting and or magnifying the relationship with the original or preferred target, or revealing things the character may not even admit to themselves about their nature, which is extra delicious.

I was wondering about the relationship between his own choking trauma and this whole thing… if there’s anything I’m curious about seeing in where you take things, it’s that (and how he feels about it all with the morning-after clarity XD, and what it means for him and Jinx moving forward. Okay, you’ve got me curious about a lot, I’ll admit it. )

One more thing about snakes in this context - they’re cold, emotionless and indifferent to other’s pain.

I feel the same way about tribe, I’ve never been on the ground floor for a pairing before and it’s awesome to watch the community build works… Jilco’s is a peak villain honeypot XD

    1. Omg, now you've got my brain percolating so many thoughts and ideas. I'm like "should I continue this and further explore his habit of visiting the brothel to get this out of his system? Should I do a chapter from his POV?" I know now I must continue it, because I want to answer questions about how he'll feel about all this in the morning Also excellent point about snakes. My mind is racing.
