thank you for this comment omg!! i'm so glad that you found insight on the movie in this fic and that it didn't read out as just nonsense to you lmao, bc i rly wanted to write ajay with more dimension than just the scorned son on a rampage to avenge his family, and his relationship with priya was my way of doing that. like i agree so much with you about how his ~love confession was just thrown in there for a moment and then ignored lol. it would have been great if the film expanded on that to give ajay more introspection and showed the conflict of getting so close and intimate to these two girls and then having to kill them bc that's what he thinks should be done for/on the path of his revenge. especially with priya, bc that scene where he almost chokes her but couldn't go through with it was !!!! bc it rly showed that there was something else besides anger and hatred in him. i have a lot of thoughts about this film lmao but im gonna stop here at risk of rambling on longer and not making any sense and giving you a msg that fills up ur whole inbox, but basically thank you for the kind words and for reading this fic!!! <333
nooo omg don't even worry abt it idk i went in to it thinking that it would be reasonably enjoyable but i think its just the writer in me that looked @ ajay's relationships and saw so much potiential /depth/ you know??? idk if that makes sense but i always think about this, especially the karan/ajay angle when he thought that she was cheating on him with karan idk snippets like those that show it wasn't an act at all. sigh i wish they added more depth in this movie relationship wise but that's what fic is for i guess lmao and no worries!!
