    It's a cool story honestly, but I have to say one thing. Mit'ka is a strange variant of the name when it is spoken by parents. In Russian, this nickname carries a friendly/fraternal message rather than a diminutive. Parents would rather say "Mitenka" :P

      Oh! That's good to know. I... know next to nothing about Russian and with the nickname just looked at a list of possible ones and picked from there the one that appealed to me most. Thank you very much for telling me, I'll go to correct that right away. :)
