  1. I mean technically there are no laws about superpowers today, you could still charge pyro kinetic with arson if they use their powers to set house on fire. But again that's nitpicking. And as for the tags, my hero is pretty much my major fandom so I really don't know how many tags other fandoms use.

    1. Well yes, but that is my point lol. The laws clearly changed, they have laws specific to people with superpowers. Like the entirety of the hero laws and the hero system in the first place, plus the whole not using your quirks in public without a license sort of thing, etc. Horikoshi left it very vague, which makes sense cuz it means he can do whatever he wants, so I'm taking advantage of that. I've decided that this society isn't about to charge a 4-year-old child with a crime due to something that is by every objective reality outside of their control. And the full story of what happens is revealed after the USJ, and it is very clear that it was not in his control when it happened.
