Rumlow just kills me in this one. It's that bit at the beginning about "they're both soldiers", and how being ordered to lead the Cap gangbang is a surprise but not a shock. And Rumlow's just so matter-of-fact about it. Sure, it's a good time, sure he gets satisfaction out of it, but he's really only doing it because, you know, he was ordered to. He'd have shot Steve without a word just as readily, but having been ordered to rape him, he's going to do the very best job of it he can, just like he did on missions with Steve. Just...ugh. He goes first to reinforce respect for authority, even though he doesn't care personally. God damn.
