    Actually going back and looking at the info about the chameleon arch, would it even be used on Luz since the process is stated to be extremely painful and I think Camila wouldn’t risk Luz’s life like that

      U bring up a good point there about how painful using the chameleon arch is though it's possible Camila circumnavigated this issue by using some sort of modification to the head peice that goes with the chameleon arch is either have the pain Luz would go through transferred onto her or nullified entirely after all being a Time lord/lady does usually mean that you have some serious skills and intelligence as the title/position of a Time lord/lady along with the powers that go with it aren't just handed out to every Galifrain.

        I can see that happening but being very unlikely with nullifying the pain otherwise the 10th Doctor would have made that modification to his chameleon arch ahead of time in preparation.

        Using a device to intercept the signals to the pain receptors for Luz and diverting them to her, maybe Camila can do that since she has the title of the Nurse and must be well versed in all manner of medical devices across the universe

          Yeah that's what I'm thinking in fact Camila as The nurse could've been responsible for the development of several medical instruments used by Galifrain's.

          One possibly may be the special recovery chamber that's intended to be used by Time lord/lady's after their initial regeneration.
