hehehe I was hoping that it was subtle-yet-obvious who Randall was remembering. One of my favourite headcanons is that people who meet Hob have a hard time remembering his face / his name, as a way to keep him safe in his immortality. It's not canon, but it's a lil thing I enjoy weaving into his narrative!!
and yessss Randall!Dream is absolutely an unreliable narrator! I didn't tag it because I wanna keep the slight illusion that he isn't. But he SO is!
