If you decide to continue this (and I hope you do, to at least the rest of the Lightning Thief, cause I loved this so much) you could make it so they don’t go back until after the events of the Last Olympian, and do like one fic for different parts of the series, or something. Tho, I don’t know how the other deities wouldn’t notice, so that plot hole would be difficult to fill…
