    I feel the same! Like Lucemond is my favourite ship but there’s something very compelling about Jacemond and I just love pondering what their relationship would look like (not to mention the way Jace was eying up Aemond in episode 8 while he was sparring with Criston before he realised it was him. My boy was smitten 😆)

    There is so much trauma is this fic and it really is disgusting what they did to Aemond. I can definitely imagine Jace being riddled with guilt, for Aemond and for Helaena as well tbh because even though he didn’t commit those horrors against them, his side did and I think he would feel very responsible for it. And yes, he definitely was having a lot of flashbacks to Rhaenyra and Visenya, poor boy

    I feel like after the war, everyone was probably just so exhausted and they just wanted to heal and move forward, even if it mean doing that with former enemies. I’m also glad that Jace and Aemond are happy together, and Baela and Helaena, they deserve the world ❤️

    LMAO yes they have EIGHT kids, I feel like once Aemond truly healed from his trauma, he and Jacaerys wouldn’t be able to keep their hands off each other 🤣
