This insight into George has been an unexpected treat. He's never been a person that I've felt at all drawn to, but you've managed to make him quite sympathetic here. It makes sense that Eret would have selected him as they definitely have a lot of parallels.

Yesss!! I hadn't really realized it until you pointed it out, but there are a lot of similarities between Eret and George! Eret sees what George could be with the proper support, and George just- struggles to embrace feeling things. He'll get there, though ;)
