Comment on Uncle Adam

  1. OMPH! yeah, some of his kids by process of elimination COULD have gotten into heaven, but its highly unlikely due to purgatory not seemingly being a thing, or if it is it's a background thing going on to help handle the sheer amount of souls, and the fact that the sinners keep reviving unless they get hit with angelic weaponry left behind after a extermination day, and even then probably not allot of them and are kept track of somehow (because with how long that's been going on i can bet you there's a small countries worth of guns, blades, and what-not ready and sharpened for fighting with, unless every extermination day there is a group whose sole responsibility is to track down the angelic weapons left behind and reclaim them).

And christ in heaven, that must have been a shitty time...on one hand cains passion of fury and hate for being basically having his crops not seen as a "Worthy Sacrifice" due to the fact it wasnt mostly his own effort that grew the plants and such, rather than able;s raising of a lamb and putting it as a offering (looking back its really indicative of what would happen, and god LOVES irony when you look back and do a face-palm of how many times the same damn story is played out in the bible). If not and it was all pre-mediated makes it so much damn worse.

meaning that cain's descendants who "proudly" declared that gods' protection against anyone who raised a hand against them in fury in a similar way going from 7 to 49 times...also the fact that they were twisting creation where they went spreading more pain and misery? No wonder the Flood came around to take them down a peg or two. That must have been a MASSIVE traumatic moment for Adam to deal with, on top of still grieving for Eve (and horrifically thankful she wasnt around to see her children essentially drown under the wrath of heaven cleaning the world up...imagine how bad it must have been THAT was the answer to dealing with that shitshow.)

Now we dont know much on how they ruled, Lucifer probably tried the whole evil overlord thing as well as being a mafia boss or something...but eventually potentially lost heart when shit just kept going to hell and back (IRONY) and that everything he did and tried just...flopped. Not to mention lilith fucking with things and making shit worse and worse. Let's not forget the Lilim (Lilith's rape of adam when he was sleeping to create her own "children")..Adam REALLY has a chip on his shoulder, and the fact he is so courteous to Charlie is a Miracle of God himself.

like holy shit, no wonder Eve was around to help adam deal with all that shit...she really did rescues his heart, mind, and soul for a good while before the sin of eating the apple (THANKS YOU SNAKE ASSHOLE)...ironically for HH verse? i can see Lilith and Lucifer force feeding Eve the Apple when she initially said, "why don't you eat it?" or soemthing similar along those lines. which makes the divide REALLY deep like the abyssal trench.

    1. I believe the reason Cain’s sacrifice wasn’t taken as well is because he didn’t put his heart into it. Abel sacrificed the firstborn of his lambs while Cain only gave some fruit of presumably many trees, so the former was valued more.

Did Lilith actually rape Adam? I know she’s a folklore character rather than biblical, but is that one of her legends?

      1. There's a few different stories about Lilith's children. One is raping Adam, another is she hooked up with Archangel Samael(basically an alternate Lucifer), and even one where she had kids with Cain after he committed the first murder.

      2. Yeah, its described as the fruit of the land, so it could be from fruit trees or from his crops.

not sure to be honest, lots of judea folklore and such about lilin and other bits.

      3. Nope that’s not why. God had asked for blood sacrifice since only blood can atone for sin and Cain refused to do it out of pride. Furthermore, in Christian theology, Abel killing the lamb was meant to represent the sacrifice that Christ did on the cross

    2. The cain thing is because Cain made the offering specifically to earn god's favor rather than as a form of devotion
