A very interesting theory... & after thinking about it for a while, here's what I got:
Once in a while in the game, a group of objects will try to make a debut. They take a little challenge to see who is worthy to join. If one succeeds, they debut & compete, & the others must try again next time. However, for the ones who don't, they can only try again 4 more times. (Since 4 is Four's favorite number.) If the object uses up all their chances, they're sent to the elimination space, (As seen on TPOT 10) which is their version of limbo, ran by Nonexisty. Nonexisty was the first object to use up all his chances & was sent to the place. He built & ran the place, giving everyone else who was later sent a room & food. It's not amazing like Dream Island, but it's also not terrible like Inanimate Island. & it's pretty forgettable, since debuts are rare, so their isn't a lot of residents.
Overall, I'll say yes. There is indeed a version of limbo for the debuters ran by Nonexisty. I'm not entirely sure if this is something that will be explored in the series, but if not, then this will be a little extra in the series.
