        I'm sorry I just thought of this question, but do Michael and Robert look like the actors for the two phantoms? Like does Michael look like Charles Dance since he has no scars?

          All the cameos either look like their actors or how they looked before they became deformed in their respective film.

          With Robert -- I went with his 'disguise' of longer brown hair that we see when he brings Christine down to the Lair.

          For Michael, you can go with visualizing Dance, Crawford, or a blend of the two. -- not deformed/scared at all.
