Technically, Railway 1 can occur can occur during the Hell's Chicken event due to both being on Season 1, right before the release of Canto IV. Then again, I made this a bit more ambiguous, so it's up to you whether this is during MD or RR.
I know, I'm making excuses. But hey, it still works. :P
