    For the sake of transparency, I haven't read the book in probably the same amount of time. I can, however, quote every line out of the BBC series from 1995, so I know roughly what I'm looking for when I google the quotes. Some will be super easy, like the first line of the fic, and some will be hard. I just figured if there were any real Austen nerds out there, they might enjoy to sleuth for a bit.

    I hope that you'll enjoy the story! It was supposed to be a short one, just a silly idea I got when I was trying to learn omegaverse when I wrote Fool Me Once... however, here I am typing on Chapter 18 and I don't see the end in sight yet ⊂((〃≧▽≦〃))⊃ I clowned myself by adding plot.

      Oh I loved the 1995 BBC Series! It's what got me into P&P. Though I won't be able to remember all lines either. Had a rough guess that "those tricks won't work on me" line might be also, though I'm going on a stretch 😆 aight, looking forward!
